NES Looking for Players

The font in which updates were written is what kept me away from it.

NESLIFE VI is an awesome new evolution game Iggy just start. It is made of awesomeness, coolness, and pwnage. It is covered in spikes of awesomeness. In an awesome image, NESers are praying to the god of Awesomeness In an awesome image, IOTers are praying to the god of Awesomeness.

Check it out!

Since this seems to be the NES advertisement thread, I'm suggesting my new game.

The rules are fairly lax; mechanics are hidden so as to keep focus on storytelling and player interaction instead of gaming the system. Within reason you can do anything you wish.

Basically it's like CityIOT, except hopefully without the hilarious anarchy that resulted so early on.

In March of 1978, the Republic of Djombar's president Ismail Mohamed Sotali was assassinated. With his vice president ousted in a coup, and the general who orchestrated the coup being ignored by the rest of the military, Djombar has descended into a state of absolute and total chaos unlike anything ever seen before. Overnight, factions have arose to take their chance at uniting Djombar under their vision. Will you guide Djombar to be a shinning beacon of Africa, or will you drown the nation in rivers of their own blood.

Check out Blood and Oil: The Fall of Djombar and fufill your dream of becoming an African Warlord or Mercenary corporation today! We've had update zero, but there's still plenty of land and resources to exploit/liberate! Hope to see you soon :)

The Core reboot is now officially open.

Sign-ups, OOC, and questions go here.

Core is a dystopian city. While the original focused on the city well after the loss of any form of electricity, this game focuses upon the closing off of the city from the rest of the world, forcing over fifteen million people into a condensed space with plenty of ethical conflicts to go around. Technology level is slightly post-modern, though resources are heavily rationed, and terrorist attacks are common.

First person to mistake this for CityIOT gets on my bad side; this is survival and interaction, not politics based, and it's taken way more seriously. That being said, the whole character-instead-of-nation thought process is applicable here. Just don't expect to have grenade-armed followers.

A world where everyone keeps a framed picture of Moran Freeman. Where biker Mormans attack and mankind reach the moon via cannon. Where standard cavalry and sailed airships struggle across the steppes for the control of the World Island. Where republicanism is corrupt, monarchy is tight, opportunity for success endless, and that for painful death even more so.

Even I'm not sure what it is, but check it out!

Go over and have a look at my NES (link in sig)! Think character-based, steampunk and IN SPACE! (well, sort of) and you're about halfway there.

Yes, SilliNES2 is even TOO SILLI 4 YOU 2.

EDIT: I'm not being patronizing, since someone asked. I also advertised TerraNES here. I'm all for IOT-NESer unification, and running games friendly to all is part of that.

AA is stupid.

This is (fully) endorsed by AA.

Right, so any cool sci-fi NES's I can think about joining in about a month?
