Dachspmg said:Another tasking request, people: can someone please get me a .gif of the world in 1680 on the Jason map? It would be greatly appreciated....and could, perhaps, be used in a DachsNES...![]()
Symphony D. said:And to think some fools hated it when that map was first posted. And yes, that'd be perfect with the lat-long lines. Europe does seem to be missing a few major rivers (Ebro, Seine, etc.) but it's not a terribly big deal.
Luckymoose said:I would join.I like those time frames with colonization.
Disenfrancised said:I'll post a lat, long version tonight - hey I've just noticed the map is detailed enough to show not only the borders of Andorra, but the Vatican and San Marino!
Problem is that colonization races are much worse when everyone already knows where all the good stuff is![]()
I've never modded a NES before, unless you count a pencil-and-paper one when I went to Philmont Scout Ranch not long after I moved back to America. Those went...okay, I suppose.Swissempire said:And Dachs is obviously a better mod then me, so i would have like NO players...
Thats why the key is.Have a real world map.Except randomly start people in a fresh start with the rest of the map blacked out.Exploriation would take a while to realize where you are.
Making my own, but i will modfy it for you to use too. We can be friendsDachspmg said:Which one, that one? With what map? What ruleset? Huh?
I'm still waiting for a map...![]()
Reno said:Could someone do a little work on this map that Silver Steak made for me...? It's a bit messy with it being .jpg, so, could someone get it to/make it become clear and save it as either .gif or .png...? Either way, I'm not planning on making a Nausicaä NES, but instead, possibly, a fantasy Fresh start. I'm still considering on it.
Silver Steak said:I'm not letting anyone else do that map!
I have it still on my lappy. Will start working on it at once.
EDIT: Reno, the damage is far worse that I thought it was.I think I will have to redraw everything, which is obviously a real pain for me. I put a great deal of work in that thing...
