NES World/Regional Maps Requests Thread

I'm not entirely sure where to put this (the map thread is closed and I'm not too sure if this is a valid entry for the other thread). For future reference, just in case (I might mod this, might not), here's the map of the world map in the HoI2 Armageddon scenario (don't ask why I did it):

Yes, it has a North America map. No, can't use that as it is. I need current state boundaries, cities (which I have lists of) and much more. That is why i wanted someone to PM me, so i could not spam the thread with all my requirements.

If you're going to want to be actually using that, let me know and I'll get around to updating it immediately so it's more usable.

If your talking about the North America map you posted, yes. If you start a PM "conversation" with me, I can send you all the specifics (as soon as they are typed, having them in a notebook won't help you too much).

I didn't really mean to that capacity, sorry. I meant reducing its file size by using some more efficient methods.

I need a world map, with 1939 borders. It is for a NES which is an Alt-Hist on Nazi Germany not starting WWII. So, Germany should have the Sudetenland and all other territory it gained through appeasement. Japan's conquests should be that of the end of 1939.

Try using this for borders reference and stuff if you want to make your own (though I'm not sure if it's accurate).

The Completed Maps thread has been updated. The penultimate version of the map is now available in six forms, including unfinished cities (missing: Brazil, China, India, Indonesia). Various improvements such as the addition of further islands and both tiny and (majority) unrecognized countries (excluding Kosovo), as well as some recoloring.

Unfinished cities is there both to 1. get it out of the way, 2. prove that the Cities project is not dead, and 3. generally show that this new map is vastly superior to the old one in display capability.

I'll contribute to the city project again once I get high-speed internets minus the school-induced busyness.

I was about to ask that once the project is over, a cities-against-zero-alpha be provided, but I just noticed that the cities are uniquely #0D0D0D, not #000000 like the borders. Oh, silly me.
