We propose a Colonist charter in which all ships bound for peacefull colonisation will be painted a stark red and fly a flag declaring they are colonsits. these ships shall have rights of passage and shall not be attacked but allowed to travel safely. Therefore we can allow ships to pass without any worries about unfortunate incidents.
