Nah, sadly this NES is probably indeed dead.
Its dead.
This is a late NES.
Its gone!
THIS IS A DEAD NES!
As for the future:
Hope on! But it will come very close.
- Khazaria destroys Baltia, takes its' land. Encompasses most of modern-day Russia.
Good guess, but wait until I start working on five hundred years of history from this point on to 1815. It will have more detail.
- Sinhala, after selling most of its' colonies, goes through isolationism. But due to the huge amounts of money they received from the sale and the still large empire they have, they continue to be one of the world's greatest powers. Somewhat like a sleeping giant.
They DO get a civil war, and their northern territory gets plundered by the northern nomads.
They DO, however, make a comeback later on...
- A cold war between Khazaria and Sinhala.
Well, not much of that. Khazaria will be pretty preoccupied by the son of your former rebellious vassal... You know which.
- Sinhalese attempts to destablize Persia and Judea.
Sinhala will be preoccupied by the same problem as Khazaria.
- Chinese-Korean-Japanese war
Far East is surprisingly peaceful, actually.
-Japan attempts to seize Sinhalese colonies.
No, because...
- Chinese colonization of California
...the Japanese colonize California instead.
Sabah, yes. Sabahese, no, as they build a maritime empire based in Hawaii that becomes Japan's main competitor in North America.
- Destruction of Java by Sinhala
The other way around.
Nah, just kidding. The Sinhalese do lose some Indonesian territories to Java during the Civil War, though.
- Long, drawn out war breaks out between TSA and Messipia. Results in Messipian victory.
A series of minor wars between TSA and Messipia. TSA conquers some Messipian territory on the borders and on the eastern coastline, but is unable to advance further and loses some of the gains later.
By then the TSA will realize that piracy IS a virtue.
Now add to all that barbarian invasions of the Middle East, frantic European religious warfare, early Industrial revolution originating in part in Sinhala and in part in Khazaria, fall and rise of the Zulu Empire (rise being augmented by a God-Emperor cult) and the World War One.
What do we get?
One hell of a future history!
