The Grand Rada of Dalnorossia wishes to announce to the world that after lengthy discussion with the oppressed inhabitants and abandoned memebrs of the former French Colony of Mexico, whom has stuggled for its freedom for so long, that a new mexican republic is to be declared
The Accord of Mexico City
The new Mexican republic is to be a Parlimentary democarcy, thus governed by a single chamber parliment based on the Dalnorossian model, with the elected First Minister being the head of State. There is to be a two year establishment period to restore basic functioning to the nation before elections are to be held to select the representives of the nation. The regions of the parliment members are yet to be defined. During this time Emiliano Zapata will be acting-First Minister, though we do not doubt that a man of his skills and dignity will be re-elected by a grateful nation. As he has be a tireless agent working for their freedom.
The New Mexican republic will consist of the domains indicated below in Central America.
During this period of establishment, Dalnorossia will
-Provide funding to reestablish basic infrastructure.
-Place a small Military force at the Acting-First Ministers Disposal, to maintain order and provide training to the new Mexican army.
-Defend The Mexican republics coasts until a time when it is no longer necessary.
For all time Dalnorossia and the Republic of Mexico pledge, in addition to our eternal vow of friendship
A guarntee of independence from Dalnorossia to the Mexican Republic.
A Pledge from Mexican Republic to Dalnorossia to come to Dalnorossia's aid if asked.
An agreement not to enter into any alliances or pacts the other is not a member of without prior agreement.
That free passage of goods, business, and persons is to flow between our two nations.
To Cooperate on matters of local and global importance.
Work to ensure the varied ethnic groups that are contained within the New republic do not descend into civil war or brutality

It has come to my attention that the countries of Croatia and Romania are currently engaged in hostilities against Poland, Sweden, and Dalnorossia. I found it to be surprising that at a time when most of the Christian World stands united in countering the unprovoked aggression of Persia the good nations of Croatia and Romania would side with the infidels.
Perhaps the people of Croatia and Romania are very quick to forget, but even so I find it hard to believe that the countries would so willingly trade one Muslim overlord for another. It seems that hundreds of years of subjugation and tyranny have not taught the people of Croatia and Romania anything, and I am disgusted at the dishonor you do to your forefathers who fought against Muslims to the death, by willingly bowing to the overlord in Persia and doing his bidding for him, fighting fellow Christians in the name of Islam.
But even though you have sided with the dark forces of Islam, you are still Christians, or at least I hope so, and thus you will be given a chance that the muslims do not have. You must throw off immediately the hated muslim yoke and cooperate with the forces of the RGC, who are valiantly fighting for the freedom of all people, including Croats and Romanians. Thus, and only thus will you be able to win yourselves a free home, a home without muslim or European rulers, a home all for yourselves.
And in case the insentive of winning a home is not enough I would like to warn you that our ships heading for the Middle East could be diverted to the Balkhans, to a very unfortunate result for your nations.

I never said Christianity is a major part of the alliance, but considering those two countries are Orthodox, and religion has traditionally been very important there I might as well use it.

That letter's funny. It was only Persia's tireless efforts in defeating the Ottoman Empire (sorry Iggy) that caused those nations to come into existance in the first place. In addition, we formed Turkey, Croatia, Bulgaria, Greece, and Romania as independent nations, even though we could have annexed them, because we don't exactly want to rule over non-Muslims.
In the end, they have more political power now than ever before. Where the FK, in its tireless efforts, has annexed countless independent countries in the past few years. Don't try and pretend you're fighting for freedom. You're fighting for imperialism.
