Of course. Northern India is not loyal to me while Southern India is, and so the possibility of independant Northern India is of course acceptable. What is not acceptable are persian demands of all of India being independant, Egypt being independant, Persia keeping all of the Middle East, etc.

We have a different proposal for you, then (and for Persia, too).

Egypt annexed to the FK. Palestine and Syria independent nations. Arabia an independent nation. All Federate gains in Africa recognized, Socrota ceded to FK. Armenia independent.

Afghanistan divided among Persia, Sikhistan, and an independent Pastunistan. Northern India independent, stretching to the Narmada and north to the borders of Nepal, but not including Bengal.
