THE GENEVAN SAGA CONTINUES..

Wilhelmus Tellus. Emperor Wilhelmus I. Who was this man? Where had he come from? Was he really the legendary leader that mythic Swiss stories told about?

There were stories so crazy that several people were wondering: "if this is our emperor.. what does our nation look like?"

And the biggest question of all.. was he even a human?

Here are some of the strangest stories told about this mythic character:

***

Wilhelmus Tellus was not happy. He took his son under a tree, put an apple on the son's head and split it in half with his crossbow. The head, that is, not the apple (he ate the apple afterwards). He always did that when he was unhappy, and he was unhappy often. That's why he needed many sons - and thus, many wives.

***

And all Germans got scared and went hiding to their homes when they heard king Wilhelus Tellus laugh. And they hid all apples they had in their houses because there were terrible stories running around about king Wilhelmus Tellus and his apples...

***

Wilhelmus Tellus, the king of Geneva, was walking in the gardens of his Royal Palace in the city of Geneva, when suddenly the skies were ripped open and a huge god-like creture came and took him up to heavens! "I'll be back", he yelled."

(OOC: these are parts of stories taken from the original Neo Nes, the first Nes where this character of mine appears. Got inspiration to write about him here after reading the Neo Nes thread. Also I took some artistic liberties.. in the original story the people who went hiding to their homes were Italians, not Germans, for example ;))

I think China will be in for a big surprise

Let's clarify a few things.

Andis, gah. You know the whole point of the plan was to have you link up with silver...oh well, maybe it happened. You'll hold on to Vienna and Prague...and there's always the hope of Russian reinforcements.

If not, well...

Iggy has stated categorically that he's not an FK ally, despite fighting me.

And er...Portugal kind of betrayed the FK, and all that.

If I fail in this update, Im chalking it up to the Italian military always sucking :p

Portugal betrayed the FK? In that case I suppose we have a civil war going on there too and I know who will win

The Indian rebellion should be okay, considering I have a strategy that is nearly impossible for the FK to defeat militarily. Even if my allies die.

Wait. Russian reinforcement? all the way in the far west? how would they get there o_0

Oh I don't know...by bypassing your invading forces and attacking from the Novgorod area, striking into your heartland directly towards Warsaw?

I think this is a challange, but overall I am pretty confident in the fact that the rebellion will be put down within a year or two.

Thlayli Although we all appreciate your revealing of certain elements of your plans, it does subtract from the update.

Good point. It really is silver's theatre, anyway.

Das, care to share any Cryptic Predictions with us?

well MjM, so much for a unified Iberia under you...

Well, the real challenge is surviving the first year. If you don't put me down this year, the organization of the rebellion makes it extremely difficult to pin down and destroy.
