An annoucement from the Grand Rada of Dalnorossia

Although the fact and manner of the Ottomans downfall was regretable, Dalnorossia is glad to see the emergence of new Governments in its former lands; saving their people from the threat of Anarchy.

Thus we formally recognise Turkey, Greece, and Croatia as sovereign nations, and hope to do the same for Georgia and Aremenia soon.

Note to Thlayli; I don't think the rest of your carving up of the Balkans will be stable but lets wait and see.
