OOC:
who controlls the EC in southern France?
France does.
Large French expatriate community
Not very large, although I suppose by non-European (or former French colonial, ofcourse) standards its quite big.
I wonder what the Persians would think about foreigners in their lands.
They really dislike the emigres, but tolerate them for as long as they keep to their own. Most Persians do, anyway, though there is a growing group of those who just want to kill them all, or detain them at least.
However, das, the question has to be asked. So I'm a rebellion stretching across castes, across religions, and furthermore with a rather high confidence and culture. I'm driving out a hated oppressor... Yet I'm gaining nothing at all a turn in terms of irregulars. W... T... F?
You do get irregulars. You'll get more if the core areas of your rebellion are invaded, if its any consolation.
Yeah, das. What happened to Dis' and my silly plans?
The same thing that happened to Azale's silly plan; it all happened, but didn't ultimately have too much effect. Besides, China-1900 and China-1869-in-a-very-different-world are two different Chinas.
Don't worry, Panda. The Federates aren't invincible...
...just very very strong.
(why das hasnt added them to my territory I dont know)
Because andis didn't put it in his orders.
And @andis:Governments dont forget do stuff, its unrealistic.
Maybe it did it on purpose?
Excelent update das, with Finland gone.
We'll write that down as "sarcasm".
He exceeded his authorithy and has been dealt with.
So much for the Dolgorukiye, another ancient noble house down the drain...
Das did'nt I put 2 eco into Rise of Muscovy project?
Precisely. You need to invest 1 eco. point for it to move along at all, and 2 eco. points to speed it up by 1 extra progress point.

From: Georgia
To: Federated Kingdoms, Safavid Persia, the World
We would like to make it very clear that we wish to remain completely neutral in the ongoing wars and do not wish to tie ourselves to any of the existing alliances yet; nonetheless, we officially display our gratitude to the Federate government for its support; we do not wish to fight Persia, but if we must, we shall, and we are glad to see that we would not be alone in such a struggle.
