We would like to send our scholars to your great nation to observe both your military put down of the Afghan Khanate and your great industrial strength in hopes of furthering our own nation and perhaps send some scholars of your own. What say you?

To the Great Kingdom of France
You have helped the Ottomans greatly and now perhaps you could help the Kingdom of Sennar. Would you accept a few of our scholars, and perhaps send some to us as well so that we may join the world in the age of great Industry.

To the Grand Kingdom of Spain
King Badi IV knows that there are troubles within Spain, but would you accept a few of our scholars to act as observers in your nation in order to learn from your great military leaders.

To the Kingdom of Portugal
There has been much tension with the Kingdom of Sennar and Portugal, perhaps a 5 year NAP will help ease this

Badi IV would like to send Sennar's finest scholars to act as observers in your lands. Perhaps you could send scholars as well to better help bring the Kingdom of Sennar into the great age of industry

OOC: Das, I have troops in Serbia, I would like to know what happened to them.

IC:

Krakow has illegaly overthrown a government allied to Russia. They have a month to withdraw from Serbia and Russia will restore the legitimate government. If these conditions are not met our two countries are at war.

OOC: Considering one of them nuked the entire world twice in 2 neses, and another dominated the world through military, social and economic means for 2 neses... I'm really not so sure...

Chinese observers are welcomed in Russia in light of developing warmer relations between our two nations.
 
Revolution rocked Madrid, as the anti-Gonzales forces made an attempt on the life of the king. Rodequiz Gonzales retreated to his palace, and barricaded himself with his loyal guards. Fighting raged in the square, as Jose rode his horse out of the city. The Royal Guard of Madrid fought back, putting down the insurgents in the city. It was the early days of the Spanish Revolution. The absolute monarchy was not so absolute anymore. A parliament had been set up to rule with the king, but this radical step shook the empire. The supporters of the Hapsburgs fought back, rebellions flared up in the countryside.

Rodequiz Gonzales left the safety of his palace, and rode across the capital to the new parliamentary building, Congreso de los Diputados. The building was still being furnished for the new government. Hundreds of desks being moved in, the walls repaired, and the roof fixed. Scars from the battles over the past days were still there. As Gonzales walked down the aisles, he observed the seats, the seats where the new representatives from all over the Spanish Empire would sit. They would come from Seville, Tunis, Manilla, and even San Francisco. On the wall, behind the desk of the Pro Tempore of the Senate hung a massive flag, the flag of Espana. The sun shining thru the windows reflected off the red and yellow. The lion’s gold crown glowed. Rodequiz approached the flag, set his hand upon it, and said a prayer.

Footsteps echoed through the hall. Rodequiz startled, turned around. Was it another attempt on his life? In the doorway, the sunlight formed a black outline around the man.

“Who goes there?” Rodequiz exclaimed

“Your highness. It is Emmanual Carlos who comes before you.”

Emmanual bows down.

“I am the appointed delegate from Valencia, reporting to duty.”

“Welcome” Rodequiz greeted him “the building may be in bad shape now, but the scars of the revolution will be gone soon, and the new Congress will flourish. Let me show you to your seat.”

Down the aisle, 3rd row, 5th seat. Emmanual sat down.

“Here is the place where the will of the people will be represented. Delegates from all over will come from home and abroad. Laws will be debated, policy will be set, and revolutionary ideas will come to be. Here will be the center of liberty in Spain, an icon. Here the common man’s idea will be heard, here it will be debated, here it will be put into action. Long live Congress, Long Live the King, Long Live Spain!”
 
Russia reaffirms its policy of non-involvement in areas outside its sphere of interest, which includes Sennar. We will not be involved with the country, and while your people may come to Russia the way anyone else can, there will be no government sponsored program to grant them any priviliges.
 
OOC: Excelent update das. I actually didn't expect my rebellion to be that succesful, but all the better that way.

1. The border of Finland & Sweden is to be set at the Torne Valley region. (see map)
2. Sweden signs a permanent NAP with Finland.
3. All Finnish, Kven and Finnic people in Sweden shall be given the opportunity to move to Finland.

Our peace terms are as follows:
We keep the land we have taken as these are rightfully Danish. Furthermore, you must pay us war compensation to the sum of 20 million Riksmark (2 eco-points). These will mainly go to aid the local population in the wartorn areas.
We will also sign a 10-year NAP guarenteed by the major powers of France and Russia, if the two nations will agree to this.
Finally, we will lower the taxes on Swedish shipping to their pre-war levels.

My mistake with St. Petersburg, but the supplies were just delivered where Reno wanted them :p I did think of Helsinki at first. I think I did suggest St. Petersburg as well.... maybe there is a small fishing village there ;)
