OOC: I'd just like to comment that the degree to which the "Semblance of Order" has been utterly trashed in this NES greatly amuses me. Far better than NES2 V, from what I've read of it. I don't suppose awards are ever going to be issued for that one, are they?

They have been issued for that one. Yes the balance of power was pretty bad but I think France is now equal if not surpassed the FK in eco centers as well as ships and divisions.
