NES2 VI - Last Semblance of Order.

Don't you dare update without me das, I'm sending you a story that will basically explain everything that will happen. If not, you know where I want to begin ;)

You seem to have no mind for geopolitics, Kal'thzar. It makes me sad. :(

;)

This is going to be one fun update

Oh, great. I remember the FK last game.

Those words inspire almost as much fear as stalin's "trix are for kids"...:(

For the record, I actually didn't invade anywhere this turn. I did send troops where wars were already occuring, though.

Nah, roughly half the globe knows what's going on. You just weren't invited to the party. ;)

Alright, I'll wait MAXIMUM one more hour for Dachspmg's and Cuivienen's orders. Everybody else may not change his orders during the time...

Oy, I'm sorry, taht was a post from school. I'm home now and rushing them out. I know, I know, really late. Just trust that I haven't spoken to anyone (which should be obvious by my not coordinating with anyone, anyway).

Okay, my word processor is acting funny. Cannot send story today unfortunately so das, hold off on my coming out party if I can't get it in by tomorrow and I hope nobody decides to take my special spot!!

The Ceremony in Regards of Honour
Berlin, Midnight

It was midnight and the last recruits of the Guard were about to be sworn in. They were surrounded by comrades that already took the oath, they were around them, carring flags and torches and lights.
In the center of the ceremony was Franz I, holding a flag*, Each commander of each Guard division had personally sworn in, and their divisions done so in mass. the 50th Guard division stood in line and held their right hand with their index and middle fingers pointing up.

"I Swear by God this Sacred Oath: I will render unconditional obedience to Frederick von Dunkelheit, The Grand Chancellor of the Republic, Supreme commander of the Armed Forces, and shall at all times be prepared as a brave soldier to give my life for this oath"

This was the last division to be sworn in, von Dunkelheit would have work for them in the nearing months......

*Usually the German flag is used in the swearing in of Army regulars, but for Guard units, the last surviving flag of the Krakowian guard is used. This flag is known as the blood flag, since it was covered in blood when it was found after a defeat by the Russians in the great war of the past. It was also this flag that Frederic used to rally his supporters to regain control of the nation. Therefore this banner has achieved iconic value of almost a religious relic.
