I would like to use this opportunity to remind you to title your order PMs with something that has the word "orders" in them, in English or in French. Otherwise I probably still will use them, but I just might miss them accidentaly. Or purposedly, come to think of it.

I always put the nation name then orders then my name. I figure its easier that way.

I usually do the latter. like Eygpt Orders/Luckymoose. So I think yours is fine.
