Let this be a clear message - we will not stand for betrayal, we will not stand for blatant aggression, and we most certaintly will not stand acts of terror. The English government has repeatedly expressed interest in the dissolution of the Holy Roman Empire, whether directly or through clandestine channels. It has conspired with elements working within the Empire, and for such, it cannot be forgiven. Furthermore, its ludicrous accusations - a false and pathetic attempt to humiliate us - only further our resolve. There will be no pardon for traitors, and there will be no mercy for those who seek to stand (whether openly or in the shadows) against the Empire and her allies. There will be no peace with the Kingdom of Great Britain until the following conditions are met:
1.) The dissolution of the English Fleet. The Kingdom of Great Britain has continued its aggressive military build up against the Empire, and now must pay dearly for it. We will not accept a peace until the government of Britain agrees to a restriction of 20 naval squadrons, and no capital ships. The army will be restricted to 20 Divisions, or 200,000 men.
2.) The dissolution of the Kingdom of Great Britain. Great Britain shall no longer exist as an entity - the peoples of Scotland and Ireland are to be given full independence. The Kingdom of England shall exist as an entity separate of these new nations and shall respect the suzerainty of the Imperial throne and Senate.
3.) The renewal of the Imperial (formerly French) lease on Dover - a lease which requires no payment, and shall extend for the next 100 years. We made a mistake three decades ago in allowing Great Britain to persue a path of freedom, wrongly believing that it would only prosper and continue to persue a beneficial relationship with the Empire - now, we must rectify that mistake.
4.) The dissolution of the British colonial empire. Britain's colonies in Africa are to be partitioned by the interested parties of the Union of Scandanavia and the Holy Roman Empire. It shall further relinquish all claims on any other overseas territories.
These are the conditions of the peace as we require them, and these are the conditions that
will be met. We give the English Government 24 hours to respond, and unless they agree, we will begin proactive measures to enforce this peace. Any foriegn governments which actively (or subversively) oppose us, and support the British Government in its current state of war, will be deemed an enemy of the Empire, and will find itself at war with us.

FROM: The Holy Roman Empire [of the French Nation]
Let it be known that any nations known, or suspected with proper evidence, of backing acts of terror within our Empire shall be punished accordingly. We will not tolerate the destruction of Imperial Property, and we shall not tolerate the murder of several members of the Imperial Family, including the Empress and the Prince Imperial. Let it be known that we are actively persuing intelligence on the matter, and let it be known that we will not hesitate to act against those who have acted against us in this most cowardly of ways.
We will not stand for this, and we will not stand for foriegn sponsored acts of terror. Let this be known, and let those which support the terrorists know that their time is coming.
TO: The EUA, the PUO, the PUNF
FROM: The Holy Roman Empire [of the French Nation]
We consider the state of war between the EUA and the Empire as a result of a supreme military blunder on the American part. Therefore, we will preserve our judgement when dealing with the situation, and thusly propose the following as solutions to this conflict:
1.) The EUA pay the proper reparations. We will forgive their attack, and subsequent destruction of 16 Naval Squadrons of the Empire, but we must demand that the families are compensated, and that the Imperial government itself is compensated for the loss. A total sum of 3,000,000 Francs is to be paid (3 EP)
2.) Western Texas be liberated. Seeing that Texas is the point of contention, we believe that measures must be taken to ensure peace. Measures including the liberation of Texas and the liberation of the Frontiere as a separate Imperial dependency. This Frontiere must include western texas, but the exact borders are to be worked out later.
