@Germanicus- I'm not sure why I put Iggy in stead of you in Dijon. The list was hastilly made, unfortunately, and I even forgot 1 duchy (Anjou) from the list. Iggy's abdicated, and you are back at Dijon. I apologise for the confusion.
@Tyrion- I completely forgot the Duchy of Anjou, where you were supposed to be. Sorry about the confusion.
@Everyone- If you read that last conversation with Yui, you'd see that he talked me into speeding up the pace of the NES considerably... After further ponderance afterwords, I remembered that the reason for my slow pace was so that the players and myself wouldn't have to kill themselves every day to get in orders/fully update. 1 day=1 month allows for 5 days of smaller updates followed by a larger update on the sixth day (Every 6 months taxes are collected).
If every day=6 months, that would be a full update every day which would take it's toll on both myself and the players, as I've seen from my previous NESes. Every NES these days have a complete update every week and a half or longer. Having smaller updates every day, followed by a bigger update on the sixth day should be enough to please all involved.
The question of "Well, dude... We've never going to get to the crusades!" I answer with, even at a pace of 6 months a day, the time it would take to get from 900 to 1096 would be a full year, and some change. For this we have a few remedies. One of these remedies is for me to make a BT after the NES has been open for a few months, and pass over a hundred and ninety years. The medieval times were rather slow paced times, with progress taking time.. Hence, there were many with great ability during these times, but no charlemagnes after the first.
Thus, I'm going to stick with my earlier decision to keep each day to be 1 month, and keep it manageable for both myself and the players.
EDIT-All this being said, I almost have the NES launch-ready.
