New kid on the block.

Hello everyone. My name is Zachary and I would like very much to join your community. I have been lurking around the forums for a couple days and have been impressed by the ammount of maturity and intelligence shown by the majority, if not all, of the users.

I have been playing games from the Civilization sreies since I was a kid, my favorite being Civilization II. (although Alpha Centuri gave it a damn good run for its money) In multiplayer games I tend to sway heavily towards the meek diplomat style of play, surviving on appeasment and piggy-backing on wealthier, more powerful civilizations. Not to say that I cannot be a powerful war-monger -- I just prefer not to be.

Anyway, just thought I would introduce myself before I jump into the forums and start sharing my opinion. Have a nice day, everyone. I am forever the Madman,
