Stats are almost done. Expect thread up tomorrow afternoon or evening (East coast USA time).

Since TWTU might finally be heading for nuclear annihilation, this might end up providing somewhat of a replacement for this. Though I really hope thats not the case.

Oh and if upon seeing them, if anyone is extremely dissatisfied with their starting stats, you can still switch to another open nation or put up a REALLY good argument and try to get me to change them.

Well I mostly meant that for when I post the final stuff....Though someone could base their argument on the general value of the land they have..

I will say some nations follow the real time line fairly closely...Portugal, China and to a lesser extent also France and England. If you look most of the other countries closely follow Real life ones....The Timurids are not far off of Russia, the Polish-Hungarians are fairly close to the Austro-Hungarians. The main difference being the Byzantines are quite a bit different then the Ottomans as they are still powerful and more accepted into the European establishment.

Base IC: 9
Military Spending: 6
Public Spending: 3
Private Enterprise: 3

That don't add up.
