Ok got it, just didn't have time to try myself. Dividing it would be better, cause right now if i got 100:tourism: towards everyone from digging a site and 1000:tourism: vs Civ1 from trade route then the Star returns 110:tourism: per turn which misleading. Another idea is to add targeted tourism as a separate line there or just do not add it to the total. The latter is also fine i think

Actually, I misspoke, the function simply adds the total tourism gained, whereas it should add it per player. Should be a bit more accurate.

back to discussion about Netherland game, i have tried similar strategy and i have played Netherland for first time on king. I don't know if i was unlucky or just played bad, but i did appear in middle ofthe map with nearby 2spices and olives and litterally no hill.I have lost my first scout after few turns bcoz of 2 barbarian archers coming from nowhere(have had 76 or os HP by previous brute attack). I gave up in industrial, mostly because bothering AI voluntary vassalage and because i don¨t believe that i could catch up Harald in these conditions. While i have played almost peacefully, burned down 2 forward settled cities by Morocco and aimed for nearby cs and trading, 4 AIs denounced me for no obvious reason in medieval era, maybe because they claimed those 3 cs few tiles away from me as their own( just like always). There have been 1 war between me and Incas, but they failed injure me. I have quited the game in state, where i have been denounced by 3 leaders and runaway Denmark with less runaway Morroco Dowed me, both with 2 volunteer vassals, so i have had nearly noone to trade with luxuries. I could keep a technological step with morroco and was 2nd in culture( Harald took a lead after renaisance). I did settle just my monopoly spot( 90% of it) and some neutral truffles nearby tundra lands. i don't think i will try this civ again, because their UA is more dependant on stupid AI and their denouncing hobby. Maybe communitas is not ideal in its basic settings because of less place to settle and following border tensions and following denunciation for whatever reason they find.

Playing as the Netherlands is definitely a challenge for maintaining diplomacy. You want as many friends as possible for trading partners, but it's really easy to piss off the AI, especially when you take the lead. I never play with less than 12 Civs on the map, though, so there are almost always instances of "the enemy of my enemy is my friend". Plus, since the Netherlands get gold and culture just for trading, I sometimes would give away luxuries for very cheap or free just to get diplomacy bonuses. I also was very careful about which allied CSs I gave pledge of protection to, since if you protect one a potential friend want to bully, that will create unnecessary conflict. I found that the more I took the lead, the more "free" luxuries I would trade away, and the more little favors I would do here and there to curry favor with my neighbors. It didn't stop the wars, but it did give me a rotating set of trade partners and defense pacts.

Also, even if you want to play peacefully, you absolutely MUST have an army that's actually threatening. Once I unlocked Caravels I made as huge a navy as I could reasonably support, and that really helped to keep certain warmongers from eye-balling my lands. Once those Caravels could be upgraded to Sea Beggars... Well, I already shared what happened. Necromancer navy, ahoy!

I am not seeing this new resources per turn from popups on my UI. Could someone post a picture of it to see if I am blind, or don't actually have it?

well i sold even last copy of my main luxuries to get aditional ones for very unpleasant values, you know just to get as much as possible from my UA. In the end, when i am thinking about it, i have had one of my worst game in the matter of production. Tradition is very bad tree when i got unproductive area. good for polders, but sparse hills. it started becoming better when i entered into industry tree, but that was a point i quited. I don't know, they have so era spread uniques, that i am thinking about progress being much better for them, since that UA culture isn't capital centred, it will not get multiplied by tradition anyway.

I think AI need some adjustment in handling with GP. When they decide to build some GPI, they are frozen with them on a tile even turns.

I still see the AI with their GGenerals and GAdmirals unescorted, even during war, and I wonder if the AI is still bugging out regarding keeping their GPs safe. Usually the AI seems to handle creating GPIs just fine, but I have observed a few instances of GP's hovering back and forth between their capital and unimproved tiles near their capital, almost as if the AI is wavering between bulbing the GP or building a GPI. Also still seeing way too many instances of the AI using their first couple of GDiplomats to gain influence with a CS rather than build an Embassy. Isn't it strategically best to always plant an Embassy if the CS hasn't been 'claimed' yet?

And one another thing. Since Japan got bonuses from military buildings,i have experienced them first building the walls at least( not sure about barracks) and start settle very late. They are always bottom i suspect that throws them back since begining.

everything war conditions.

Anyone see such thing like when u build manually road to citadel and then automated worker go there and just do nothing?

today i could post much more piquant screen, where Arabia litteraly has sent one of their great admiral onto voyage of death. unguarded he traveled many tiles to my capital, then he turned back and got last shot by my city. I wondered, if gazebo did some speciality to them, like ability to steal or remove luxury tile.

Installation not working for me. Always says "No mods installed" even when I use the auto installer. I am sending it to the correct directory as well. What could be wrong?

Civ5 has two separate folders.
C:\...\Steam\steamapps\common\Sid Meier's Civilization V (general datas)
C:\...\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5 (player datas)
You should use "C:\...\Documents\My Games\Sid Meier's Civilization 5\MODS" for the auto-installer.

If you have problems to find it, try this :
Subscribe to any mod on the steam workshop. Launch civ, and try to enable this mod.
1) If you still have "No mods installed", then your civ5 install is faulty, and try to reinstall/debug it until you manage to make any mod of the workshop works.
2) If you manage to enable this mod, quit civ5, search in your computer the place where this mod is installed. This is the folder you have to chose for the auto-installer.

I will just leave screen from my last game(Huge,Continents,Immortal,18 players):
20171028091315_1.jpg

Sweden here are top, leader in tech(beats me(Venice) for 8 techs) and all other beated by 12-14 techs. They have almost all wonders(I attach second screen) starting from medieval era, and they build(not conquer) them. All other wonders(ancient and classical), except few, are owned by Arabia. As I understand, Sweden just become a tech leader in medieval and there was no a possibility to anyone to build something.
They just capture Byzantium's capital(I don't know when, maybe in medieval) with +15 to science, +1 to science, faith, gold pantheon and universities +5 ))
This is almost end of game, only in end of game me and all AI were able to make such unhappiness to them. Just let them capture all CS/capitals /citiesthat cannot be raised(but some cities that can be raised they didn't even after -100 unhappiness).
20171028005209_1.jpg

But Nuclear Non Profilation(but after we adopt it, my one city was already dead due to nukes(I was only researching bomb shelters tech), Spaceflight Regulators - and Sweden cant do anything to Culture(even I with my Authority/Fealty/Impea Industry/Order Venice)
Even different ideologies and travel ban(that was adopted to stop Sweden tourism, not mine. All AI vote yeas for travel ban, as soon as Swedish people research flight)
And this was most hard game for last 2 month, such top Swedish that has all strategic monopolies, 40+ cities, leader in culture(they even beat me and Casimir in policies), they first take ideology, much earlier then everyone else.
If Swedish will stop to conquer - they will win(they lost due to boredom and fight against Venice in ocean with -20% to CS from unhappines), cause I haven't anything to increase tourism, only a few great works, and bonus 25% to GP from order. But this game was perfect.

Also a little word about unit cup: with no wonders for cup, only authority brunch+citadels - I was able to maintain all units I need starting from medieval era. But I was always in DP with my neighbours, so I never fight on 2 fronts(but always was ready, 30% of army always were in reserve + all garrisons)

How about giving tradition more buffs. The one that grants capital food soecialist buff give culture per pop per City 1 for 5 should suffice.

Similarly give authority an actual finisher. Production boost building units of 10% should be balanced.

Policies are fine right now, thanks.

only thing that could actually improve authority IMO, is that culture from kills could also go into nearest city toward border expansion.

Do anyone else experiencing absolute unplayability and unstability late in the game on huge maps? since september versions, i was able finish maybe 1/5 game. The others just repeatedly CTD on AI turn, my turn or just save file get somehow corrupted so is unable to load and CTD in loading.

I've definitely experienced CPU chugging for huge maps post-industrial era, but never any consistent CTDs. I've been switching to mostly playing Large now instead, but the CPU chugging never really bothered me much.

Actually, my old pc is struggling with standard. I moved to small.
