NEXT LEVEL MOD: pack with all the CivArmy's civilizations

All foreign language versions cause this problem with pre-1.61 mods.

I quit the modding Civ3, Civ4 business mounths ago, can't help u. But a friend mine played Next Level Mod II with the new pack and said me that there is just some texts erros as u said, the mod works fine besides this :goodjob:

A question: I would make a MOD like Lankous Superciv-MOD and publish it in a german forum. I would translate the civnames, leadernames and civilopedia-entrys into german. I need your permission to include some of your civs, then I could do it.

I use the english version and was just wondering if anyone can point me to list of these changes I should make...

I don't know create a *.EXE file to install a mod, but if someone wants create one to me, I appreciate and I can put this new system in my next version ;)


You can create one with WinRAR really very simple.

BTW, I HAVE A GOOD NEWS: :D I'm turning the NLM 1.61 path 100% compatible and adding new texts for units, civilizations and leaders. I'll try to add to the mod new model units that I did mounths ago and never added to the game (mainly seafaring) and if someone knows exaclty how to solve the white flag problem DEFINLY tell me step by step here and I'll try it again.
I'll not come back to mod to Civ IV, but there is many people asking me to change it to 1.61 path and I think I can do that easily.
 
News:
- This mod is now 100% compatible with 1.61 path. The file is on post number 01.
- New texts added
- 3 new units modeled to this mod added. They r the seafaring UU of the Polynesians, Portugal and Haida.

I just downloaded the update and the game still crashes for me after about 10 or so turns. This happened with the previous update but I figured it was just because it wasn't compatible with 1.61. If anyone can help me out with this, it will be much appreciated.

I can't load any mod here as I said on http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=176143 . If someone can help me, I'd appreciate :)

I re-did all the flags but I can't test them, they are here:http://www.civfanatics.net/uploads12/flags.zip . They r ready (or almost) to use. I finally fixed that white falg bug, if it continues in your game go to \NextLevelMod\Assets\XML\Art\CIV4ArtDefines_Civilization.xml and change to "0" all the "1" of the line "<bWhiteFlag>0</bWhiteFlag>" of all the new civis.

I also repaired and added new lines on he XML files too, I'll post them late.
 
Here is what your "Flags" look like in a game(as of 16 Jul 06), i have labeled them A-k, A-k1 and L-V, that way you know what your looking at i hope, you must zoom in to see some?? If you need help let me know?? I hope this helps you.:confused:

The white thing is the configuration of the colors, I have re-done this too and forget to advise here :)
I fixed that bug and the flags should appear on the game like this:

Left to right and up to down these examples are from Lithuania, Polynesia, Bulgaria, Israel, Canada, Portugal, Kushan, Polynesia again, Etruria, Java, Benin and Haida.
 
This is what i got when i loaded it at 3:00 am this morning, still white flag thing.
Colors do not appear in the mod, i tried out? Of course i did not try it out on your mod, but that should not matter, and all flags were changed to White 1, wonder whats going on here??

U must have the new XML files to see the flags correctly, when I upload the new version of the mod I'll upload these new files too :) I think just change the white to "0" won't solve the problem, cos any new civ has a new color configuration in another XML file.

Yes, they are, but the old version of these flags. :)
