This adds all missing Wonders to the scenarios. In the original scenarios the rules regarding whether a wonder should be in a city was a bit loose (i.e. Great Library (completely destroyed) exists but no Khajuraho (ruins) in the 1700 AD). So I added all wonders that have been completely destroyed, are in ruins or still functioning to the nearest city of their historical location. It will work from SVN version 980 onwards it includes the Non Differentia Scenarios modifications.
Spoiler :
3000 BC:
Rapa Nui on Easter island spawns at 1250 AD with the Moai Statues inside (only if Polynesia isn't alive).

600 AD:
Rapa Nui on Easter island spawns at 1250 AD with the Moai Statues inside (only if Polynesia isn't alive).
Removed the Temple of Kukulkan from Chitzen Itza instead it spawns at 900 AD in Chitzen Itza with the same rules as the Temple of Solomon.
Removed the Grocer from Constantinople since they don't start with the guilds technology.
Added the Terracotta Army to Xian.
Added the Great Cothon to Tripolis.
Added the Colossus, the Oracle and the Statue of Zeus to Athens.
Added the Great Sphinx to Memphis.
Added the Mausoleum of Mausallus and the Temple of Artemis to Iconium.
Added the Hanging Gardens and the Ishtar Gate to Baghdad.
Added the Khajuraho to Delhi.

1700 AD:
Added Rapa Nui on Easter Island along with the Moai Statues.
Added Machu Picchu to Lima.
Added the Great Cothon to Tunis.
Added the Colossus, the Oracle and the Statue of Zeus to Athens.
Added the Mausoleum of Mausallus and the Temple of Artemis to Ankara.

I'm assuming the ancient wonders are just there for people who want all the wonders to exist in a game (i used to be that way).

Otherwise i wouldn't see the reason to keep them all, especially because they can unnecesarily boost the power of the owner and cause some balancing issues (at least in culture if not in effect).

A lot of the resource changes look good, i'd consider that more in line with non differentia than the need for wonders because resources affect city placement and wonders do not.

Yeah, the 2nd mod is just for people who like all the wonders. It will boost Byzantium's power by quite a lot with the Colossus, Temple of Artemis and the Mausoleum of Mausallus. So, don't expect the 2nd mod to be balanced.

Most of the resource changes are inconsequential except for Bogota, which for any scenario except 1700 AD is useless and Trezibond which is useless when it loses its clam in later ages.

I agree on Bogota. If you want to play as Columbia, using the 1700 AD scenario is basically mandatory.
