Yeah, I'm the town's minion now. Being revealed this early makes my VC impossible (there's no way I'm surviving this), so all I've got to play for is my PG and the enjoyment of scum hunting.

Even those non-scum who are wondering if I'm someone they need dead can afford to wait until tomorrow to find out, giving me another shot at scanning a Morgothian tonight. Those of you who've played with me before will know that I've got a pretty decent record at bringing down scum even without such a scan.

Indeed, the only people for whom getting me lynched today is actually a positive are the Morgoth faction. Whether you guys believe that, well, it's up to you.

One more thing: if I survive today, I've got a way of proving my roleclaim. Unfortunately, it won't prove that I'm pro-town (which is why I know that I'm doomed), but it will reveal something useful to the town cause.

Frankly, I wouldn't waste any abilities on me tonight. If Count Dingdong shows up guilty, then that and my roleclaim tomorrow will give you enough reason to at least consider keeping me alive a little longer. If he shows up innocent, then you're obviously going to get rid of me at the first opportunity (I suppose you might want to roleblock me in that case; I can tell you it'll be a waste, but you'll have no reason to believe me).

To be absolutely clear, I'm not neutral. I'm pro-town. I don't need town to win to get my VC, but I can win with them, and need to see Morgoth eliminated. The fact that I need to survive to win is what makes my VC impossible now (which is why I assumed at first that it wasn't necessary, leading Zack to offer a public clarification, in case anyone else was under the same misapprehension).
