Friends, we must come together and end this bloodshed, to many have already been lost and any more death towards this conflict will only serve example to Eastern rejection to reason.

I beseech delegates from both countries to seek a peaceful end to this conflict. Siam offers itself as a mediator between the two of you and look to find a peaceful solution that will profit both sides and bring peace and stability into the region...

Are either of you willing to except Siamese help towards peace or are you merely content to butting heads awhile longer?

I have decided to rejust the number of divisions 1 eco buys. 1 eco will buy the number of divisions that is the square root of your population, rounded up!

So, essentially

1= 1 division
2= 2 division
3= 2 division
4= 2 division
5= 3 division

The Empire of Japan did not start this war with China, nor do we wish to continue it. However, our demands must be met or we will meet China with bullets rather than words. Our one and only demand is that Korea be accepted as a part of the Empire of Japan; if this is unacceptable, we would be willing to recreate Korea with a government formed by Japan. All other outcomes, as far as we can perceive, are unacceptable. This does not mean we are not willing to negotiate, but we do not see many acceptable alternative proposals at this time.

I am afriad that I was to lazy to come up with some massive story line devoted towards the debunking of the French Monarchist Plot (I blame Hillary Clinton...), in any event it should hopefully stirr up that sector of the world, which should be far more active.

It would seem there is a common cause between the two countries... The wish to reform the Korean government under your differning influences.

Perhaps a resoultion can be found in a middleground somewhere.

A Korean Kingdom centered by Chinese Influence may be organized in the Northern region of the Country and a seperate Kingdom may be organized in the South by the Japanese.

The Northern Kingdom can be the Kindgom of Pyongyang
The Southern Kingdom can be the Kindgom of Seoul

Both kingdoms may remain seperate from the entities who influence.

If this matter can be agreed upon then perhaps the matter of reparations can be figured out and a speedy resolution found.

We will not hand over all of Korea to the Japanese. We would however be willing to accept the Siamese proposal about creating 2 Korean Nations so as to be able to end this bloodshed. So long as Japan doesn't incorporate any part of mainland Asia Korea into its empire.
