NOTW XLIII - The Walkingdead!

Still waiting on comment from Earthling and Classical Hero as to whether they will volunteer for lynching (like NinjaCow) if they get zombie infected from entering that area?

Also I will be pushing hard for no more lynching without reasonable suspicion tomorrow. We can scan people so there is no justification for guesswork in lynching.

Please also take note of the people pushing for baseless lynches.

WTH Bad Player? Do I see an edited post up there? :trouble:

Oh, and I'm doing another PM transfer to empty my inbox so I might have missed PMs during the Day Phase.

Bad Player, any townie who doesn't have their victory conditions immediately converted (I still suspect that is more likely) should be fine with that, sure. For that matter, the people responsible for putting us back in zombie territory where we are *right now* are Kennigit and classical_hero, for the reasons Kennigit gave related to his own characters ability, and BSmith and mayor who joined on the location vote.

I should have changed earlier I guess, but johnhughthom Bsmith is looking like a better lynch than johnhughthom, I tend to agree, especially as jht is going to explain himself. BSmith didn't help us catch any scum, isn't active enough in the present and did bare minimum bandwagonning in the past.

Also, Bad Player, we can't really just not have lynches unless we're in police territory, the town therefore has to do something and we don't want scum to just be able to lynch whomever they want. Though if we want to revisit places in police territory we'd already been before and that we know are zombie free for that purpose it is plausible.

More discussion folks, 24 extra hours.

Also, Buddhafish replaces Mergle.

There is no rule stating that we have to lynch - we should all just abstain/don't vote! I believe we lynched a sniper just recently too. We have soldiers with us because we NEED them IMO.

I do want to go into zombie infested territory - but only when we are ready (I.e. armed to the teeth!).

PLEASE REMOVE ALL LYNCH VOTES. Wait for scan results before lynching.

Unvote Earthling.

I'm still trying to figure out what the hell is going on. Abstain on the vote, abstain on location as well. If anyone has a short, short version of what's happened, I'd be glad to hear it. I've been following for the past few (NOTW) days, but I'm still a bit eh. :dunno:

Basically we don't know what we are meant to do long term. Survival is #1.

We have Company Agents who are undercover - Autolycus, j6, Gone3Celt, not sure if any others.

Zombies appear to be created after attacks when we move through zombie infested territory. Kennigit can see if it is infested or not.

The last time we went through zombie territory the write up by Takhisis seemed to suggest that we were attacked because we were almost unarmed.

Only NinjaCow admitted to being infected and asked to be lynched.

There is a cure to zombie infection deep in zombie controlled territory.

There may be important NPCs dying (scientists in the research lab even??) but we don't have contact.

Bad Player, make that be the last time I catch you editing posts or there's no votes or Actions for you for a while as a sanction.

BSmith's cleared through night actions, plus has a confirmed secondary ability gained once we went to the garage. Bad choice of lynch.

Coastguard for now. I'm open to going to the zombie infested places at a later date, once a number of people have been cleared and armed.

More later, it's been busy of late.

Sorry I honestly don't understand what I did wrong - if I edit a post I don't remove info... It just means more double posts etc. but whatever you'd prefer.

The thing is, I can't know that. So the only thing I can do is disregard all edited posts.

If it's just talking to other players and not votes for you to count, would it be ok for me to edit posts?

No. Let's keep this thread on the game, but the point is, you can post something, influence events on the thread, then edit a post and say that you didn't say this or you did say that or you didn't really mean to cause this other thing to happen and no one can prove otherwise. So, no editing, it's a rule in all games.

We know from experience that going into zombie infested areas is likely to cause person/s to become zombie infected.

Earthling and Classical Hero, will you volunteer to be lynched if you get bitten as NinjaCow did? Innocent or not, Earthling your style is reckless and I have no leads (and ppl seem to want to have someone to lynch regardless).

I ask everyone else to vote for a different location to travel to before voting closes. Until a bandwagon on another location forms, I vote to stay here.

I haven't been bitten so I won't volunteer to be lynched until I have.

One thing I will say is that the papers I got from someone showed that there is important info to be gleaned from going to the Research Centre, since that is the source of the outbreak. It is most probably the best chance we have of stopping the virus from spreading, if we don't take the risk, then we might lose our chance we've got. One thing I can say is that staying here in the Detective agency is most definitely not the best course of action.

Mayor

I think we should be going after those in Authority.

Haven't you been listening? someone confirmed I never did anything....

anyway, I'm keeping my vote on Bad Player
And I still haven't visited the alleged HQ I'm supossed to go to... any suggestions as what that might be?

Have we visited City Hall already?

Hmm. I would like to see Earthling under some pressure.

Vote: Earthling

In regards to location, what has Kennigit scanned besides what have we been to?

Sure, I want to go there too but I worry a lot that we are badly underarmed. BL do you think we are strong enough?
