Gah, I'd have to rebalance heavily; this game isn't very keen on innocent roles, and cutting nearly a quarter of them isn't going to be easy...
Let's see how these next few days go and I'll make a decision.

I might be going on holiday in remote areas of Europe (lapland) until about Jan 6th so maybe you might not cut those extra roles anyway and just see if more ppl come?? I'll let you know if I do go...

I've decided that I'm going to leave the game open with all 28 signups for the time being. Why? Because I'm hoping that more people will be available after Christmas weekend. If we get to January without 28 singups, though, I'm closing the game, rebalancing, and starting it.
