Since when are we of the undercouncil afraid of brutes with limited thought capacity? It's not like much of importance is ever decided at the plenary sessions anyway. We all know where such things are furtively agreed upon, places and times that the Doviello emissaries would never even guess the existence of. Having them here would only make it easier for us to keep an eye on them, and gauge their intention. I vote FOR.

NotW XXXI: Day One
As the first tendrils of day reached across the small city of Hazlett, the Undercouncil finally adjourned, bitterly split down the middle. After a fierce day of debate, the magic of the Undercouncil worked its magic, and the decision was firmly made and the discussion ended by the powerful arcane forces at work. There could be no more argument - no more than you could argue a brick wall to stop blocking.
First, the knife was assigned to Niklas. The councilors presented it to him, and he accepted it with a glint of excitement in his eyes, only coughing once or twice in the process.
Secondly, the matter with the Doviello was decided, and a magical messenger was dispatched to inform them of their rejection.
But as the men and women adjourned, a scream from Autolycus suddenly pulled everyone's tired minds back to the present. A dark shape now held the Charismatic Councilor against the wall, head bent over his neck, and with a sharp tear his throat was ripped clean, the greedy vampire disappearing a puff of black smoke.
There was nothing left to do but clean up the body, and the mess. His belongings would be searched the next evening.
