I don't like the hoarding mindset. Sprig, you shouldn't be so greedy. As to Csargo, I am certain that your desire to have me killed is some mistake. What purpose could it rightfully serve?
"The Staff is clearly wrought by magic of an enemy to our council." But why destroy the greaves, I muse? Surely they offer some magical protection...somehow I'm thinking sprig won't destroy them and keep them for himself.
Let him have the staff: sprig for now, but until he proves his intent, someone else like me for the greaves. Methos can have the gold unless a better claim is laid.

Sprig can take the staff, but I'm not so sure about the greaves. Seems a waste to just sell them off. Who here thinks they have the best claim for such an item?

As for Sprig, there's no reason to punish a "hoarder". He is simply a man wise enough to know that when you can get as much as you want, you should! It's downright silly not to reach for the things you want... who are you trying to impress? Poor people?

First he glared the sickly councilor niklas who ended up with that knife that he wanted but no it was not niklas who he disliked. the stealthy councilor was going to turn these useful items into shiny but worthless baubles. The quiet councilor pointed an accusing finger at the stealthy councilor sprig.
Then he wandered over to where the items lay he glanced briefly at the staff of lugas but then he settled on the greaves. He clutched the greaves to himself as if to take them, but then realized he needed more support before he could do that.
The gold he hardly glanced at, it could go to methos or whoever let him have the boots.

I suppose you mean well, outspoken one. I for one am at a loss as to who should be voted, for no one has told me of any strong leads. I'm not of the opinion that Sprig should be lynched; why are we handing him all these things only to kill him, and then vote for the things again? Makes no sense. As for Csargo, I'm just happy to see him involved and posting.
Perhaps a fourth alternative. My ears hear the sound of coin somewhere, I'm certain something could be arranged.

Nice to see the one called Methos has a merry band of follows in J6 and Tuxedoham. They claim to distrust me for hording items yet it seems to me that they fear the distribution of wealth amongst the council as it was clear that was my intention. So if they don’t want they wealth distributed, then their accusations actually fly back in their own faces and they accuse themselves of wanting to horde the gold and items.
