Treaty of Washington
1. China is to be freed.
1a. Imperial China will be formed in Northern China.
1b. Republic China will be formed in Southern China.
2. Korea will become a Republic.
(Map below for borders of above three nations)
3. Japan will disband her army until they have 15 infantry divisions left.
3a. Japan will not build/recruit any armored, cavalry, air or naval divisions.
3b. Japan will not exceed 15 infantry divisions.
3c. Japan can exceed this number to assist in ridding themselves of rebels, pirates, or bad people, if only Britain and Russia both agree.
4. Japan Naval force is limited only to 2 heavy cruisers and 10 destroyers.
4a. All other ships may be sold, or must be scrapped.
5. Japan agrees to recognize the Phillipines as Spanish and will not claim it again.
6. Lowlands may claim Indonesia.
7. Britain and Russia will keep an eye on China and intervene should trouble brew between the factions.
7a. If both Chinese factions decide to shift borders or merge, both Britain and Russia will not interfere.
7b. If one Chinese Faction attacks the other, both Russia and Britain vows to support the Defender and help the defender reunify China.
8. All 14 points by UCSA will be agreed to.
