The recent shift of Western Africa from France to Spain makes us nervous. We must march into Western Africa and eliminate any French threats there to Great Britain.

So I propose the following:
A. Hand over Western Africa to us.
B. Keep French Africa but allow British divisions to march in and eliminate those they think pose the greatest threat to Britain.
C. Deny both of the above plans and risk war. As we will think you are denying them on the basis that you support this act of terriosm.
