Well, no. The thing is, the Lowlands are beating up Russia. A peace treaty has been signed with the Romanovs. He is the 4th strongest or 5th strongest nation. And he has numerous allies to defend him.

@Mrpwn3r: If you leave, the Lowlands is doomed. For I will be taking over it.

Personally I would build up and launch an expansion war in europe, the lowlands always seems so squidgy!
