I hope Seon won't block my main settlement at the mouth of the river?

Considering the dispersal of your peoples they will have multiple settlements (and nations, for that matter), but no, you should be able to settle there. Seon will be a bit more to the south.

Not there, Nutra. More to the east.

Did I say southwest? West and east always confuzzled me. I meant southeast.

You know, I originally had you at that spot, but then saw your post and went like "Welp! He must really want to bash on Abaddon!"

Changed map of claims.

Clan Inferno/Stig 'The Bee' of Fireblade Tribe (???)/Northen Wolf
Government - Clanial, tribal system. Each person is part of a village. Several closeby villages form a 'tribe'. Tribes form a Clan. Tribes can feud between eachother but each tribe is ordered to send 3 out of 10 adult children into service of the Clan. Clan elder is chosen by Tribe elders and Tribe elders are chosen by village elders. You can probably guess how village elders are chosen (by villagers). Clan maintains its own villages where recruits from different tribes are trainined. Clan will not interfer fighting between tribes, but if Tribe comes under attack by creatures or outsiders, then Clan will defend its members. Clan will also see to it that feud between tribes would not weaken the Clan (eg massacres or brutal and bloody conquests). Clan Elder can give orders to tribe elders (but risks losing support of elder(s) by doing that). These orders have to be fulfilled, if they are not fulfilled tribe is considered an "outcast" tribe and any tribe may attack them without facing any consiquences.

Racial/Cultural Composition: Orcs (Very strong/controlling), Goblins (weak, mostly slaves), humans (very weak, mostly slaves or traders)
Capital: Glittermountain Fortification
Heir:
1) (male) Rafas 'The Axe-eye' of Fireblade (23, Singel, young and inexperienced but charismatic, related to Stig 'The Bee')
OR
2) (male) Ignut 'The Reefcutter' of Winterslashers (34, Married, Experienced but grumpy, earned his respect through action not through words)

Family: Fireblade tribe or Winterslashers tribe, Fireblades are more aggressive and focused on internal production, while Winterslashers are more focused on trading and defense.
Factions:

Nation Background: Small orcish villages joined their forces to fight against outsider goblin bandits. That was when The Clan was first formed - and it succeeded in wiping out (and enslave) goblin marauders. When humans invaded and orcish tribes got wiped out one by one, tribes were joined under one banner by the Fireblade Tribe and formed the Clan of Inferno. Fireblade tribe focused on military matters, while Winterslashers focused on trade between villagers and keeping money in circulation.

After a decade, when Humans were finally pushed out from orcish villages, out of orcish lands and their retreating remnants followed for several weeks non-stop, the Clan of Inferno could consider itself "safe". Ever since then The Clan has become a major force in all tribes military and economical dealings and is responsible for keeping trading routes safe and many more economical issues. Altho there is a bit of a conflict between traditionalist of Fireblade Tribe (who feel that Clan should be able to live off completely from inside production and needs no trading, if resources are needed, orcs can just conquer them) and progression Winterslashers tribe (who feel that more trade between outlying villages and other races could greatly increase Clans economic situation, available resources and potential allies - thereby allowing clan to defend itself better).

All that I can manage today. Good enough?

Terlan
Society: The Turlan have a highly matriarchal society where women are expected to the artisans, military officers, and priests while the men are expected to do the manual labor and serve as the grunts in the military. Boys are given very little in the way of education and are instead put to work as soon as possible while girls achieve a decent level of education and gain some proficiency in magic before they join the workforce. Due to the way rulers are chosen, there is very little social stratification beyond the divide of male vs female.
Ethics: The Terlan have a strong sense of community where much emphasis is put on doing your part and advancing society
Religion: The Terlan believe in two goddesses of which at least one is on Earth at all times. Cliavin is the goddess of wisdom and was the one who united all of the tribes of % under one nation. Nieleve is her sister, the goddess of Strength who led the nation to prosperity after her sister’s death. They believe the after death, the goddesses are reborn again such that next incarnation of the goddess will come of age on the same day as the death of the current goddess. Upon coming of age, a woman may seek to join the priesthood. After a girl is selected to become a priest and has undergone her training in advanced magicks and religious rights the final rite of passage is for her to venture into the Aminur Hills to the north and slay one of those monstrous creatures made of dirt that roam the area. (a Malash golem though they don't know them to be as such)
Burial Rights: As it is believed that men have no souls and as such, won’t be hindered in their ascension to heaven by the continued use of their body after death, they are expected to be raised from the dead through necromancy where they will continue to provide manual labor and serve in the military until their dead bodies finally give out. The undead are maintained through vivification magic to repair damage and prevent rotting and controlled through thaumaturgy. Women, however, are cremated as it’s believed that a body, even a dead one, will tie the soul to the earth and delay their ascension to paradise after death. For this reason, women who are criminals are mummified so that the body will never decay and as such they will never ascend to paradise.
Economy: The economy revolves mostly around a fishing and farming.

Terion
Government: The government is a theocracy where the ruler is thought to be an incarnation of either Nieleve or Cliavin. It is believed that while one goddess is on the throne, the other will reincarnate at a time where they will come of age on the same day as the current ruler passes away. The priesthood seeks out the girls who come of age on this day and through ritual, determines which one of those girls are the reincarnation of one of the goddesses. If both goddesses pass away be before the first one could come of age (14), then the priesthood will rule in a counsel until 14 years have passed since the death of the first after which the next reincarnation will be sought out.
Magick: Vivification, Thaumaturgic
Magickal Tradition: For most spells, the priests and high priests cast spells through holy rituals and through the entreatment of one of the two goddesses through prayer. For much larger and more involved spells, the women of the nation will participate in religious rituals led by the high priests and the goddess herself.
Military Tradition: Men serve as the main force of the military with women as the officers and battle priests. Hordes of undead serve as the frontlines of the battlefield so the officers must be highly skilled in thaumaturgy to control the hordes of undead that complement the army while directing the soldiers through telepathy. The battle priests use vivification magic to augment friendly soldiers and thaumaturgy to disrupt and demoralize enemy combatants.

I can work with what you've written up, though I would appreciate it if you fill out the above application (short answers are fine). If you do not fill it out it will not effect you too much--though it gives me freer reign to mess around with your people. ;)

edit: Tecknojock, I love your people.

Tuesday 12:00PM GMT -5 (EDT) is the last day that I will accept applications, I'm going to start writing Update 0 on Monday night though.

Seriously just think Dohtel like pre-pop in the previous nes...I think Astral and Thaumaturgy as the magicks. I just cannot write today. Will post more detail Monday.

I will keep that in mind, Adrogans, and you don't have to write too much for the application considering I have a wealth of information to draw upon from all the lore you crafted in their past incarnation! Short, one sentence answers would suffice. No rush, though.

I would probably prefer being slightly to the north, but where I am is fine.
BTW I'm going to add a few more details (and some clan/family names) to my civilization sometime before Thursday.

Further north is very doable, though since they are semi-nomadic horselords the extent of their territory will be pretty large anyway. More names always helps!

The way they choose their queen reminds me of the priestesses in Ursula le Guin's The Tombs of Atuan. Have you read it?
