I noticed today while writing essays that if I want to say "with the", I tend to write "withe".

I write withe instead of with the a lot. Except, I also notice it as soon as I've written it, I cross it out and make the exact same mistake again....

I have a slightly odd habit when I am sitting at the computer. If I am writing a comment (such as this one) and I'm trying to figure out the best way to phrase my comment, I often turn my head to the left and look down past my left shoulder while hovering my hands over the keyboard with my left index finger raised as if it is poised to strike the "F" key at any moment.
I also do this while comtemplating the next website I wish to visit.

If I am board while in another person's company (Ex: They are answering a cell phone call) I will often look around the room, usually starting in the upper right hand corner of the room and moving to the left. I will then look at my finger nails and then usually back at the upper right hand corner of the room.
I believe this is actually somewhat subconcious, because I am usually thinking of something specific and am not really paying any attention to the things I see.
Apparently this odd habit of mine is very predictable; last year I was over at my best friend's house and he was talking to his girlfriend on the phone. While talking to her, she said "I should probably let you go, [Verision's Real Name] is probably looking around the room right about now". That freaked my friend out because I started looking around the room at almost the exact moment that his girlfriend made the comment.

I made up my own symbol to represent "the" (kind of like an ampersand represents and). Ask Elta about it.

Everyone's got those funny habits, those unique quirks and eccentricities. Most of these things are known to no one but us...

Until now! What sorts of weird things do you do that no one else knows about?

I'll start off.

-I'm incredibly paranoid of getting finger shocks. You know, those quick static bursts that zap your finger tips and leave you wincing in pain. I'll often touch metallic surfaces through my sleeves if possible, or just slap them quickly to lessen the chances of getting buzzed.

-When I'm really bored, and waiting in the doctor's office or something, I'll look at the ceiling tiles and pretend it's a maze that I need to "solve".

-When I'm chilling at home, It's pretty much always in my underwear. I won't wear clothes if I don't have to.

-I sometimes like to piss standing up with the toilet seat down. I have very good aim, and It's somewhat of a game to me to not splash piss on the seat. I "win" about 95% of the time.

Let's hear your funny habits...I know you've got them, you crazy bastards.
