For the first one I don't know, but I suppose you're correct. Or it's "us", but I don't think so. What's weird is that I would guess it should be the verb to have instead of to do, and should be in the past, like the first part of the sentence like:
"We had to write a story for our English class, 'hadn't or didn't' ....?"

The second one can only be Street. No doubt on that.
I want to do the CPE one day, but I would need some classes for that. I did FCE in 2006 and passed with C (I was 16 y.o.). I'm not even sure if it's still valid
