Paradox Interactive games

I really think there ought to be a Paradox game that encompasses the timeframe of EU3, Victoria 2, Hearts of Iron and maybe into modern days so you have the diverse number of fun nations to play and bring them into the modern era.

I think this is exactly why Divergences, Kaiserreich, and other AH mods are so popular.
Speaking of which, the PDM guys updated Divergences to AHD. There are a few issues (I noticed some weird decisions that show up) and it runs at typical APD speed but other than that it's pretty smooth.
Yeah. It's certainly not off the strength of their alternate history itself, which is usually very poor - the Kaiserreich team frequently is frustrated in its efforts to improve plausibility by the general lunacy of the setting's basic changes, and Divergences is mostly "different for the sake of being different".

The Balkans dont look to screwed up.

Well, we'll know more next year. It could be interesting. :)

Basically they are, but they rounded smoothed them out, made them look more realistic, remember the EUIII blobish ones.

I zoomed in on the picture of France and it still has the atrocious Alsace-Lorraine area. I think its a combination of the angle and terrain that makes it look better, Nedim.

Baltics are still screwed up.

They've confirmed that it is the same map projection they used in EU3. Lazy bastards.

It looks like they have taken the same underlying EU3: DW map and just put fancier graphics on it. They might choose to adjust it further before release, so I'd wait to see if they are going to make any more changes.

I don't see a vast issue with that. I'm far more interested in what new mechanics they'll be introducing. (You can also chalk me up for being sorry that it's not Rome 2.)

It looks like the Victoria II projection from the trailer.
They used the Victoria II coastlines for EU3: Divine Wind. They ignored its internal borders, as well as major features like the Caspian Sea (horribly misplaced) and the Himalaya (moved several hundred miles south). You get the idea.

Well, Sicily is above Tunis in the trailer.

Can anyone guide me to installing the Pop Demand Mod for AHD? I just drag the files I downloaded to the mod folder of VII AHD, delete the map cache (as the instructions state), but then the game crashes after a few years. Am I doing something wrong?
