Many people show irrational responses, I freely admit that I do sometimes as well. It's hard to overcome socially ingrained reactions.

The question is more, should homosexuals adjust their behavior because of your irrational reactions? Or should you change your behavior to deal with said reactions?

"No thanks, not interested," and the problem goes away without anyone being a jerk. If it doesn't go away, then it's reasonable to be ticked off. But at the suggestion? That's just childish.

OK, I don't do that. And yeah, a total stranger wouldn't know that (There's something not quite right, IMO, about the fact that people would flirt with total strangers, whether gay or not, but that's just me). But if a person knows me, they usually know I'm Evangelical. If it comes up, I'm not shy about it And I've been deliberately proselytizing before.

Not really. If you don't believe anything distinctly Christian, why would you be a Christian?

Arakhor's religion is no more "Christian" than Islam is "Christian" solely because it reveres Jesus as a prophet.

I try not to go down this road, but "Leave it to God" doesn't automatically work for everything. Yes, I leave the ultimate judgment to him. On the other hand, "You will know them by their fruit." At least BELIEVING what Jesus said seems like a good start.

Leaving it up to God is a horribly defeatist attitude to take, why not be the change you want to see in the world?
