In the first picture the guy says if anytmore time is spent on "weeaboo" (something we don't know about), the company will go bankrupt.
Then a guy says "did I hear 'Weeaboo'?" and uses it to play Weeaboo, a game ivolving the spanking of the guy with paddles, to the chant of "wee-a-boo! Wee-a-boo!".
There's notnhing really to 'get', it's the pure absurdity of the company board spanking each other, coupled with the word "weeaboo" which is a funny word.
