The empire was at war with Cathy's phants when I get promoted to guide it through this period.

Two stacks were ready to go after Yekaterina, while a lesser stack could make it way to Phoenician. The goal was to take both and merge the stacks for Moscow and Rostov.

Cathy prooved to stack many units inside the cities, so causualities are rather heavy.
Thanks to our cities, we still have a pretty impressive army, though it needs regrouping.

As I said, at first I enacted the name change and St Petersburg became Pawelograd.

I decided to foresee caste system a few turns later, to execute some whips.
It hadn't the results expected, as some revolts continued or restarted (Kish, Yaroslavl, Pawelograd... ).

I would continue for GM. Finish GPowder, go for Liberalism, slingshot Military Tradition, mass upgrade HA to Cuirassiers and crush Cathy and Gigli

i see we have about 32% land for domination. Maybe we should colonize the big island to the south east. with no vassals checked, e will not have colony maintenance to pay. There might be a few isalnds out ther to grab.

Edit ; Other than that it looks like curriaseurs to sweep away the rest of cathy, Gil and then on to Cyrus.

Anyway, I don't think anyone will get it before us - Bismarck lacks astronomy and Cyrus... Well, he'll get there one day, but in a pretty far future.

Btw, Cathy just got Guilds, so I guess our next beeline should be military tradition and terminating her. She will become annoying if we let her recover.

Will check the save later (not in a civ computer ), but we should colonize that island as sugested.
Due to the new rule about diplo wins in 3.13, we can't get a AP diplo win all by ourselfs ( we need foreign votes ) . Can we butter enough someone to vote on us? If not, dom all the way....

Diplo seems a bit cheesey to me. It seems a good idea to configure our cites as we like them, and prepare for a big mounted unit sweep.

Who gets Oxford BTW. Possibly Wen Amon (RIP) because of all that commerce. and IW in Heliopolis?

Also , what is our GP focus now. I sawa spy specialist. Merchants seem the way to go. with all ou comerce, we will lead tech for sure so dont need to lihgtbulb.

Perhaps we could look at a slider drop for espionage points when hitting with cavalry, to drop culture defence.

It looks like Moscow could be a prouction monster. Do you see it as that Hakmanizbag?

I Paris we can run 5 merchants and still be growing. That gives us a GP in 5 turns.

I would agree about making Oxford in wen Amon... Wall Street would be better, but I doubt that we'll get there.

Great work General Pawelo, That tought the Foxy Russian a lesson
How's our military situation, should we go after Cyrus or Gilgamesh next? It would be good to take out Cyrus' largely Immortal stack before he gets a chance to upgrade them to Knights. Now that we have control of the GW we can declare, let him move into our borders and crush his staack for many GG points.
Unless we want to finish off Gilgamesh.

As far as Moscow goes, can the next leader configure it to pure military after the nescessary confucian buildings, forge and barracks. It might need a few more happy builds to due to yearning for the motherland. (I can't look at the save right now) Hopefully it has a few settled MI's thanks to Catherine.
