I'd like to blame late orders, but the truth is that I had a very stressful week (adventures in publishing/classwork/b*tches) and was not able to get as much accomplished early as I would have liked, it had nothing to do with your brinksmanship, only my own.
Probably tomorrow or late tonight. I'm working on it, but I'm heading out for a couple hours and might not be willing/able to put in the hours to get you the update today.

Update 6: April 2014 64 Weeks since Invasion

The Hyperspanner had gotten him quite a ways, now the Wanderer sits below deck of some Naval Craft as it leaps among the waves of the Caspian unsteadily. The Horse has an uneasy look about him and the Wanderer pats it on the head in an attempt to reassure it.
It is not safe for him to sleep without the tinfoil here, the Wanderer knows that he lashes out with his mind in his sleep; he has seen the results before.
So, curled up quietly outside his Horse's little area, the Wanderer tries to sleep wrapped tightly in his coat and tinfoil.
Without the voices it is a dark and sudden sleep, pure strain and exhaustion dragging him to a crash.
And the dreams are not of a planet in rebirth, they are not the struggles to control a bright future, instead he dreams of incoming artillery shells.
He dreams of Shenzi's long, baboon face, the Rafiki science officer in charge of the inmates at Tyzdron. She has a laser in her hands, and she is holding it to a woman's head. She tells him that this woman is his wife.
Which leads him to realize, and this is a whole other sort of ugliness, that he remembers nothing of this woman.
The date is January 7th 2013; he can tell you that, he can remember every detail of this moment and the moments after that. Past that, he can remember every detail of every moment past that not only for his own life, but in scattered images from every corner of the globe. But he remembers almost nothing before Tyzdron, when he tells Shenzi that he's never seen the woman before the poor girl cries out in shock and pain, before, and this is an important detail to the Wanderer, before the laser flashes out its mercy.
She wasn't upset that she was about to die, she had to know that already when she was brought in, she had started crying because he had forgotten her. He was sure of this, he thought of it often.
In the cell blocks behind him, the other inmates, all of them move as one, with unerring groupthink and synchronicity. But they do not know how to get into people's heads. Except that at the murder of this woman they had all at once laughed with uncanny uniformity. That, the loud single laugh emanating from the cells, it had gotten into his head.
Children are brought in, Green Eyes, Blonde hair.
"These attacks, you have to know about them, 96573."
The base shudders as the shells whistle down into Berlin.
The luxury of the dream is limited to the fact that he knows with certainty that in 24 hours the Human Liberation Army will have successfully taken this base. He knows a great deal about the shellings outside as well, that they represent an independent effort of a German division attempting to retake the capital, and that in 8 hours they will be obliterated by an air strike. But for those eight hours, every shot will hit a high value target, be perfectly aimed and calibrated. And the operators will wonder at their computers as the artillery fires on its own again and again. But the results seemed so miraculous, who would dare stop a comrade from firing with such passion? All of these men had lost family.
And the laughter repeats at the firing of the laser a second time, a third time.
In 8 hours, Berlin will be ripe for the taking.
"What good would it do you Shenzi?" he asks her in perfectly pronounced Rafiki. He knows that the information would never have saved the children, it never had before, "You're already dead."
He awakes as the ship docks. The city, he can tell already, is named Bandar Torkaman, he is in Iran.
Or, as they like to fashion themselves these days, the Liberated Green Republic.
As he leads his horse off of the ship on of the crew asks him, "Where are you going?"
"Elsewhere, always elsewhere."
As the horse makes its way out of the city, The Wanderer decides to at least have a notion of the terrain ahead of him. Away from anyone's sight he ties off the horse, and removes his helmet at last.

Lilin explorers waited as the new retrovirus made its way through the trees before venturing out. After conversion the jungle opens up in front of them. The plants do not speak or communicate with the Lilin but they react extremely favorably to the pheromones.
In the middle of the new Jungle, where the explorers had hoped to create their own small village they discovered a previously unknown tribe called the Icamiabas. These humans are frightened, yet intrigued by the new changes to the jungle, the apparent newfound sentience and mobility of the plants, but they are put off by the large proportion of "fertilizers" in Lilin society. As notoriously fierce, albeit ill equipped warriors, they have vowed to defend their territory from the onslaught of the trees and animals infected with the retrovirus.
Not being favorably received there, the explorers ended up settling a city closer to Nazca, which they have taken to calling Kelutral.
In Beijing newly converted Lilin found their sanity returning, along with their capacity for free thought. They liked it, a lot. They have pledged to remake Asia in this higher image. In their scavenging they located 2 ET Fighters and 8 Computers.
A Naval Craft docked at Easter Island this turn, equipped with a Rocket the captain claims that it was sent by Swims with Otters and the Dolphins of Atlantis.
The attempts to scavenge El Dorado were met at the border of FARC territory, apparently the new leaders in Medelin do not approve of the Lilin due to their relations with the corrupt regime that has recently been put out of power, the FARC is not interested in hiring protection for a coca trade that they no longer participate in.
A group of Succubi in San Diego have asked for help dealing with the constant electronic attacks they have been subjected to, which seem to be originating in Vancouver. They have heard of the Lilin successes in Beijing and wish them to help bring down another of these pesky AI cities.
The Homing Beacon in Nazca brought in an ET Fighter this turn. (1 Turn remains).

The Economy of the Vanguard exploded this turn, with the construction of a factory and the enthusiasm of the large population to get safe, reliable jobs in support of the group.
The research also expanded greatly, with all manner of human technologies coming within their knowledge.
The large number of immigrants seeking work might cause problems down the road, 6,732 new civilians of assorted species have joined the faction this turn and another 18,097 are requesting entry, although it will surely slow down the economy to try to integrate such a large proportion of people. The Refugees have brought with them 1 ET Large Craft, 2 ET APCs, and 4 Plasma Rifles.
The Jet sent to the Deepwater Horizon discovered that the base had been abandoned, there was no one left there. When soldiers arrived to occupy the site they found it was booby-trapped, and a large amount of Napalm went off, left behind by the Greenpeace operatives. 1 Soldier was lost to the explosion and the base was damaged by this sabotage. The remaining troops were able to repair to machinery with the help of their Hyperspanner, but no Fuel was recovered this turn, it seems that a lot of it had been converted to Napalm or taken by Greenpeace wherever they fled to.
The Panamanian Polluters Guild has told the Vanguard that they noticed a large amount of Naval Activity heading South from the rig before the Vanguard attack. They have also heard and are outraged that the trees of the Amazon have begun to expand rapidly and seem possessed by some sort of Alien virus.
The ET Uplinks were attacked repeatedly this turn, but not from the Greenpeace people but instead the attacks seemed to originate in Havana. In any event, the attacks were failures.

Shrimpy McNina masterfully structured and enforced the new Hunter's Guild over the last months to ensure that it will remain a stable and pro-Lemon Banana Shrimp institution, it has started many youth programs and is working on instilling future generations with a respect for the monarchy.
In Addis Ababa a Courthouse and a Laboratory were found along with 4 still operable MiG 23 Jets. The civilians there have happily joined with the Shrimps. Investigations towards Shaba have been met with less friendliness.
The leaders of the Totalitarian Republic of Shaba are only interested in friendship with the Shrimp if Princess Boundless can help keep control of the citizens, as it is the clearly happy and open society of the Shrimps might be a tempting alternative for those people and they might grow discontent with despotism and squalor if too much contact is allowed with the Shrimpese.
More soldiers were added at the top of Kilimanjaro.
The weapons sent to Malkal allowed them to fight back and create a sphere of protection from the Al Shabaab raiders, they have also affiliated themselves to the monarchy.

In Matsue a Plasma Rifle was attached and the first attack satellite was put into orbit.
Manila is in shambles, little of it remains standing and small, anti-air rockets were launched out of one of the buildings. It missed, heat seeking missiles are deeply troubled by the Alien hardware, but some suspect it represents an aggression towards even the appearance of alien technology.
Pearl Harbor was not hit particularly hard by the Rafiki, they believed it was in the middle of nowhere, so it was not demolished in the initial wave of attacks, and by the time resources could be mounted against it the Naval Operations had left.
But they have returned, seeking Fuel and home after the invasion and the Islands at the moment seem from above to have a surviving human government.
Hong Kong seemed depopulated, some technicians have engaged in idle, unassigned, research about the matter with the large number of computers left unused this turn and discovered that Hong Kong was also targeted by the codes that were received out of Beijing some months ago, but where those codes had failed to inspire mechanical rebellion in Japan they did so in Hong Kong. Lacking a Mind Control Ray to keep the population in line many of the humans have fled the city and only a few of the most craven try to work with the machines and negotiate with the shadowy masters who are behind the coding of the dangerous hybridized AIs.
Hovering over Tapei, the Fighters saw the massive grandeur of a mostly operational Supercarrier Class Rafiki Starship.
Many training exercises were conducted throughout the Yankee Suns territory, and many expensive elaborate commencements as militia were upgraded to soldiers.
In recognition of the work done by the Yankee Suns Atlantis has rewarded them with an ET Large Craft.

In Medelin the new FARC regime brought in refugees from all around and many comrades answered the call to protect their homeland from the new menaces of the post-invasion world. In addition to the troops culled from the organizations own people, a similar organization in Cucuta and a group of Venezualans who adhere to the tenets of Hugo Chavez's old party have heeded the call. One aspect of Chavez's politics, the perennial antagonism of Columbia has been all but forgotten thanks to the success of the FARC in creating a more forward thinking nation there. These groups have brought a soldier each into the fold, the Venezualans have 3 Jets and 5 Fuel under their control as well as a Fuel Depot. Cucuta brought an ET APC.
Greenpeace brought 2 Fuel and a Naval Craft, having used the rest of the Fuel booby trapping the rig after they left. They did manage to kill a Vanguard soldier with those traps, but it does not seem to have stopped the Vanguard from taking the site and repairing it. The Greenpeace groups have settled near the remains of Soledad.
Some strange new tendencies have emerged from the jungles, it seems that an alien group called the Lilin are spreading a genetic retrovirus that is altering the makeup of the trees. Some people have been reported eaten by these trees. A group of Lilin explorers also arrived at the border this turn, asking permission to loot the fabled El Dorado which they believe is at the bottom of Lake Guatavita and represents an Ancient landing site for alien visitors.
A series of elaborate booby traps has been substituted for walls in Medelin, with troops in the canopy.
Bogota was repopulated this turn, 4 lasers and 5 Computers were found there.
The Panamanian Polluters Guild has been causing problems up North by inciting their citizens to form militias against the FARC.

In the American Southwest the Resistance's troops finally made it to Salt Lake City, where the frontline militias of Tau Wing were destroyed easily by the soldiers from Owl Creek. These independent soldiers were also doing admirably against the laser equipped soldiers in the city, but eventually succumbed to the superior firepower. The two Resistance Soldiers from Cheyenne Mountain were able to clean up the problems pretty easily though, without any losses. They recovered an ET Large Craft from the site, along with a remarkable 5 Fuel.
Up the coast to the North they have discovered a new colony of another Tourliski Wing. Omicron Wing has apparently made their presence known in America by taking control of Crater Lake and the ancient alien crash site there.
Further north a group of humans calling themselves 'The Order' have taken control of the Pacific NorthWest and are murdering any aliens they encounter along with the other inferior races. They have sent several copies of the Turner Diaries and a lot of Nazi paraphernalia to the Resistance, which has been weird for many members of the Resistance.
Succubi in San Diego have begun attacking Resistance computers and have disabled 3 of them.
The scientists have rejoiced at the new laboratory and have redoubled their efforts to understand technologies, allowing them to complete research on Naval Craft, Plasma Weapons and Rockets.

Delta Squadron evacuated from Paraguay this turn, allowing the Script Kiddies to move in and recover their hyperspanner. More refugees arrived bearing the banner of Al Shabaab The construction of a new Courthouse in Alexandria has vastly expanded the capacity to integrate new citizens properly. The 11,897 new settlers have brought with them 2 new Jets and 3 Plasma Rifles.
Raiders from Machu Picchu were able to reach the border this turn, a Plasma equipped soldier attacked Rio De Janiero, but was beaten back. Although unsuccessful the attack has raised hairs throughout the entire organization.
The Algerian-French who control Marseilles have recently recovered a Plasma Rifle and an ET APC from a battle site where the French had been fighting a group of Alien land troops, they are now well equipped and have sent out feelers to the Script Kiddies to see if that organization will help them fight against the Bonaparte's European vision of France.
An ET Large craft has been scavenged from near Sao Paulo, but it will require the use of the Hyperspanner to repair it.
Support lent to Baghdad was able to recover 4 ET APC's, 2 of which have been sent to Alexandria. Being a Neter group the leadership in Baghdad has offered to attempt to broker a peace with Machu Picchu.

A new Factory was constructed in Karakul base, greatly expanding the economic output of Omicron Wing. The continued political reforms have made humans a growing and enthusiastic part of Omicron Wing's population, 14,567 new civilians have joined the group these last months.
The cooperative garrison at GSM-8BR has paid great dividends, many humans have grown fond of the Magna Magazines that the Yankee Suns soldiers are constantly reading, and localized variants have begun to emerge.
The humans have also begun to craft stupendous architechture and scultpture. Their artistic side has really come alive since the political reforms. They are often caught shouting excitedly that they had never been so free under human governments. Egalitarianism has finally arrived in central Asia, and all it took was an alien invasion.
The Fighter was able to take control of Crater Lake, but it seems that Tau Wing was recently eradicated by a Southwestern human group calling themselves the Resistance. America is not a friendly place, to the north The Order has vowed to create a purist Aryan homeland and are not even remotely hesitant to engage in genocide of all inferior races, including aliens.
Africa was much more stable, with the assimilation of Zeta Wing bringing in their 2 ET Fighters and Soldiers, they also have access to a Teleporter in Dar Es Salaam.
Most impressively, in their more recent expansions and scavenging outside of Dar Es Salaam the Tourliski have stumbled upon a mostly operable Supercarrier. The Faster than Light Engine is totally shot and will probably require elements that aren't stable this close to the sun in order to repair them, but most of the repairs can be done with spare parts from the Scafiri and Zeta Wing.
There are problems here too though, to the West the Totalitarian Republic of Shaba has made a massive PR threat to their population on the basis that Omicron Wing wants to eat the brains of the citizens. Without reliable access to unbiased literature, these rumors are very popular in Shaba.
The Succubi in Bukavu have responded to the new expansion of Omicron Wing by attacking the ET Uplinks, they destroyed 3 this turn, but the Leelah Allies in Mzuzu and the previous establishment of Zeta Wing make the African expansion by far the most stable.

11,209 new civilians flocked to Epsilon Squadron this turn, emboldened by the construction of a courthouse and the re-emergence of law and order (although the Australian/Nalese version is half in Rafiki, they still love that show).
The Ukabu Ika have been moved to their own encampment in Darwin, where they are isolated from the Asians and have taken control of the Homing Beacon, which brought in an ET Large Craft this turn. A Naval Craft was sent from Atlantis this turn in thanks for the help provided by Epsilon Squadron.
The former Australian Power and Water Corporation has a large stable reactor outside of Darwin, where they had been headquartered. But it has been damaged in the invasion and will require repairs before it can be utilized. 10 Fuel and an ET APC were recovered in scavenging around that city.
The Ukabu Ika continue to cause problems up in Darwin though, there are apparently very few female Ukabu Ika and that simple ratio drives the male Ukabu Ika to engage in various criminal ventures, no matter how far away they are from Asians.
A great feast was held to commemorate the arrival of Delta Squadron from Paraguay with their new ET Fighter, many Kangaroos were barbequed, and much Fosters was shared among the reunited friends. Delta Squadron has also been taught the use of human automobiles and they are loving it.

In France the French Muslims in Marseilles have begun rattling their sabers quite loudly and have even been heard approaching the Script Kiddies. That war ambles on, with neither side conducting many major operations this turn. Expansions into England are beginning to show a lot of fruit.

In Vermont literally nothing happened as the management of SHIELD continued to have meetings about 'synergy' and 'jargon.' 1,890 new civilians joined, bringing a Tank. Anthony Stark finished a self help book, titled Alcoholism, Robotics, and You. The Economy remains stalled for the lack of a reliable source of civilian electricity.

The Economy of the Vanguard exploded this turn, with the construction of a factory and the enthusiasm of the large population to get safe, reliable jobs in support of the group.
The research also expanded greatly, with all manner of human technologies coming within their knowledge.
The large number of immigrants seeking work might cause problems down the road, 6,732 new civilians of assorted species have joined the faction this turn and another 18,097 are requesting entry, although it will surely slow down the economy to try to integrate such a large proportion of people. The Refugees have brought with them 1 ET Large Craft, 2 ET APCs, and 4 Plasma Rifles.
The Jet sent to the Deepwater Horizon discovered that the base had been abandoned, there was no one left there. When soldiers arrived to occupy the site they found it was booby-trapped, and a large amount of Napalm went off, left behind by the Greenpeace operatives. 1 Soldier was lost to the explosion and the base was damaged by this sabotage. The remaining troops were able to repair to machinery with the help of their Hyperspanner, but no Fuel was recovered this turn, it seems that a lot of it had been converted to Napalm or taken by Greenpeace wherever they fled to.
The Panamanian Polluters Guild has told the Vanguard that they noticed a large amount of Naval Activity heading South from the rig before the Vanguard attack. They have also heard and are outraged that the trees of the Amazon have begun to expand rapidly and seem possessed by some sort of Alien virus.
The ET Uplinks were attacked repeatedly this turn, but not from the Greenpeace people but instead the attacks seemed to originate in Havana. In any event, the attacks were failures.

Shrimpy McNina masterfully structured and enforced the new Hunter's Guild over the last months to ensure that it will remain a stable and pro-Lemon Banana Shrimp institution, it has started many youth programs and is working on instilling future generations with a respect for the monarchy.
In Addis Ababa a Courthouse and a Laboratory were found along with 4 still operable MiG 23 Jets. The civilians there have happily joined with the Shrimps. Investigations towards Shaba have been met with less friendliness.
The leaders of the Totalitarian Republic of Shaba are only interested in friendship with the Shrimp if Princess Boundless can help keep control of the citizens, as it is the clearly happy and open society of the Shrimps might be a tempting alternative for those people and they might grow discontent with despotism and squalor if too much contact is allowed with the Shrimpese.
More soldiers were added at the top of Kilimanjaro.
The weapons sent to Malkal allowed them to fight back and create a sphere of protection from the Al Shabaab raiders, they have also affiliated themselves to the monarchy.

In Matsue a Plasma Rifle was attached and the first attack satellite was put into orbit.
Manila is in shambles, little of it remains standing and small, anti-air rockets were launched out of one of the buildings. It missed, heat seeking missiles are deeply troubled by the Alien hardware, but some suspect it represents an aggression towards even the appearance of alien technology.
Pearl Harbor was not hit particularly hard by the Rafiki, they believed it was in the middle of nowhere, so it was not demolished in the initial wave of attacks, and by the time resources could be mounted against it the Naval Operations had left.
But they have returned, seeking Fuel and home after the invasion and the Islands at the moment seem from above to have a surviving human government.
Hong Kong seemed depopulated, some technicians have engaged in idle, unassigned, research about the matter with the large number of computers left unused this turn and discovered that Hong Kong was also targeted by the codes that were received out of Beijing some months ago, but where those codes had failed to inspire mechanical rebellion in Japan they did so in Hong Kong. Lacking a Mind Control Ray to keep the population in line many of the humans have fled the city and only a few of the most craven try to work with the machines and negotiate with the shadowy masters who are behind the coding of the dangerous hybridized AIs.
Hovering over Tapei, the Fighters saw the massive grandeur of a mostly operational Supercarrier Class Rafiki Starship.
Many training exercises were conducted throughout the Yankee Suns territory, and many expensive elaborate commencements as militia were upgraded to soldiers.

In Medelin the new FARC regime brought in refugees from all around and many comrades answered the call to protect their homeland from the new menaces of the post-invasion world. In addition to the troops culled from the organizations own people, a similar organization in Cucuta and a group of Venezualans who adhere to the tenets of Hugo Chavez's old party have heeded the call. One aspect of Chavez's politics, the perennial antagonism of Columbia has been all but forgotten thanks to the success of the FARC in creating a more forward thinking nation there. These groups have brought a soldier each into the fold, the Venezualans have 3 Jets and 5 Fuel under their control as well as a Fuel Depot. Cucuta brought an ET APC.
Greenpeace brought 2 Fuel and a Naval Craft, having used the rest of the Fuel booby trapping the rig after they left. They did manage to kill a Vanguard soldier with those traps, but it does not seem to have stopped the Vanguard from taking the site and repairing it. The Greenpeace groups have settled near the remains of Soledad.
Some strange new tendencies have emerged from the jungles, it seems that an alien group called the Lilin are spreading a genetic retrovirus that is altering the makeup of the trees. Some people have been reported eaten by these trees. A group of Lilin explorers also arrived at the border this turn, asking permission to loot the fabled El Dorado which they believe is at the bottom of Lake Guatavita and represents an Ancient landing site for alien visitors.
A series of elaborate booby traps has been substituted for walls in Medelin, with troops in the canopy.
Bogota was repopulated this turn, 4 lasers and 5 Computers were found there.

In the American Southwest the Resistance's troops finally made it to Salt Lake City, where the frontline militias of Tau Wing were destroyed easily by the soldiers from Owl Creek. These independent soldiers were also doing admirably against the laser equipped soldiers in the city, but eventually succumbed to the superior firepower. The two Resistance Soldiers from Cheyenne Mountain were able to clean up the problems pretty easily though, without any losses. They recovered an ET Large Craft from the site, along with a remarkable 5 Fuel.
Up the coast to the North they have discovered a new colony of another Tourliski Wing. Omicron Wing has apparently made their presence known in America by taking control of Crater Lake and the ancient alien crash site there.
Further north a group of humans calling themselves 'The Order' have taken control of the Pacific NorthWest and are murdering any aliens they encounter along with the other inferior races. They have sent several copies of the Turner Diaries and a lot of Nazi paraphernalia to the Resistance, which has been weird for many members of the Resistance.
Succubi in San Diego have begun attacking Resistance computers and have disabled 3 of them.
The scientists have rejoiced at the new laboratory and have redoubled their efforts to understand technologies, allowing them to complete research on Naval Craft, Plasma Weapons and Rockets.

Delta Squadron evacuated from Paraguay this turn, allowing the Script Kiddies to move in and recover their hyperspanner. More refugees arrived bearing the banner of Al Shabaab The construction of a new Courthouse in Alexandria has vastly expanded the capacity to integrate new citizens properly. The 11,897 new settlers have brought with them 2 new Jets and 3 Plasma Rifles.
Raiders from Machu Picchu were able to reach the border this turn, a Plasma equipped soldier attacked Rio De Janiero, but was beaten back. Although unsuccessful the attack has raised hairs throughout the entire organization.
The Algerian-French who control Marseilles have recently recovered a Plasma Rifle and an ET APC from a battle site where the French had been fighting a group of Alien land troops, they are now well equipped and have sent out feelers to the Script Kiddies to see if that organization will help them fight against the Bonaparte's European vision of France.
An ET Large craft has been scavenged from near Sao Paulo, but it will require the use of the Hyperspanner to repair it.
Support lent to Baghdad was able to recover 4 ET APC's, 2 of which have been sent to Alexandria. Being a Neter group the leadership in Baghdad has offered to attempt to broker a peace with Machu Picchu.

A new Factory was constructed in Karakul base, greatly expanding the economic output of Omicron Wing. The continued political reforms have made humans a growing and enthusiastic part of Omicron Wing's population, 14,567 new civilians have joined the group these last months.
The cooperative garrison at GSM-8BR has paid great dividends, many humans have grown fond of the Magna Magazines that the Yankee Suns soldiers are constantly reading, and localized variants have begun to emerge.
The humans have also begun to craft stupendous architechture and scultpture. Their artistic side has really come alive since the political reforms. They are often caught shouting excitedly that they had never been so free under human governments. Egalitarianism has finally arrived in central Asia, and all it took was an alien invasion.
The Fighter was able to take control of Crater Lake, but it seems that Tau Wing was recently eradicated by a Southwestern human group calling themselves the Resistance. America is not a friendly place, to the north The Order has vowed to create a purist Aryan homeland and are not even remotely hesitant to engage in genocide of all inferior races, including aliens.
Africa was much more stable, with the assimilation of Zeta Wing bringing in their 2 ET Fighters and Soldiers, they also have access to a Teleporter in Dar Es Salaam.
Most impressively, in their more recent expansions and scavenging outside of Dar Es Salaam the Tourliski have stumbled upon a mostly operable Supercarrier. The Faster than Light Engine is totally shot and will probably require elements that aren't stable this close to the sun in order to repair them, but most of the repairs can be done with spare parts from the Scafiri and Zeta Wing.
There are problems here too though, to the West the Totalitarian Republic of Shaba has made a massive PR threat to their population on the basis that Omicron Wing wants to eat the brains of the citizens. Without reliable access to unbiased literature, these rumors are very popular in Shaba.
The Succubi in Bukavu have responded to the new expansion of Omicron Wing by attacking the ET Uplinks, they destroyed 3 this turn, but the Leelah Allies in Mzuzu and the previous establishment of Zeta Wing make the African expansion by far the most stable.
In Asia 7 Fuel was scavenged along with 3 human tanks and 2 human Jets. Rumors are spreading that Beijing has been assimilated by the Lilin and that they are now spreading a retrovirus that changes the genetic makeup of plants and creatures. Some are concerned about contamination into Omicron Wing.

11,209 new civilians flocked to Epsilon Squadron this turn, emboldened by the construction of a courthouse and the re-emergence of law and order (although the Australian/Nalese version is half in Rafiki, they still love that show).
The Ukabu Ika have been moved to their own encampment in Darwin, where they are isolated from the Asians and have taken control of the Homing Beacon, which brought in an ET Large Craft this turn. A Naval Craft was sent from Atlantis this turn in thanks for the help provided by Epsilon Squadron.
The former Australian Power and Water Corporation has a large stable reactor outside of Darwin, where they had been headquartered. But it has been damaged in the invasion and will require repairs before it can be utilized. 10 Fuel and an ET APC were recovered in scavenging around that city.
The Ukabu Ika continue to cause problems up in Darwin though, there are apparently very few female Ukabu Ika and that simple ratio drives the male Ukabu Ika to engage in various criminal ventures, no matter how far away they are from Asians.
A great feast was held to commemorate the arrival of Delta Squadron from Paraguay with their new ET Fighter, many Kangaroos were barbequed, and much Fosters was shared among the reunited friends. Delta Squadron has also been taught the use of human automobiles and they are loving it.

Well, I changed my mind about leaving trade rules as they are; a new statistic has been added to everyone, a list of trade goods.
Trade goods can be generated through stories; no one may generate more than one trade good a turn. When I say story I am being very liberal with that definition, if you write an encyclopedia article or copy/paste something from Wikipedia or just name it with a short description that is all perfectly acceptable. No one may have more than 3 self-created trade goods. Post them in the thread instead of your orders to encourage trading, so people know what you have. These trade goods have no domestic bonus.
When you engage in trade with another Player Character or large scale NPC (any NPC with full stats, this turn Kiev, Austin, DeBeers and Red Faction) you will have provide your excess of that trade good to them exclusively (you cannot trade the same goods with multiple people). The faction that receives the trade good will experience +1 to their Economic output for the duration of a trade agreement, if that faction is a minor NPC then it will greatly increase their affection for you. All trade goods must be 'Luxuries' and cannot have military application. All trade goods will have 5 charges, 5 turns worth of excess. The first 5 are free, to restock costs 1 EP.
Some resources with a military application may be out there, items that will allow you to repair the Faster than Light engine on your spaceships or to manufacture your own mind control rays, but these resources are up to me.
People who have already established story control of some resource or marketable item will find those trade goods listed (I gave everyone 1 this turn to keep it even). In some cases that resource may be "Tony Montana" in which case I hope you understand what I'm talking about, but I don't see a huge need to keep pushing forum boundaries here by explicitly naming THAT resource over and over again as part of the game framework.

These retroviruses converting the jungle are a manifestation of the Realization that we WILL be stuck on this planet for a while, and, that, despite what we may want, or beleive, it Is home. As such, we are the parts we inhabit to be more representative of the Home planet of the Succubi, Where all life is part of an interconnected web of life. This is what our settlement in Beijing is also doing.
In the absence of Lilin, the converted Flora will "adopt" the local communities, and take them as thier own to protect and nurture.
