Regular Crust or Thin Crust?

EXACTLY my point. My girlfirend loves thin crust because "it's not so filling". I'm like "Well then just eat less of the thick crust! I don't care. But why should I pay the same for LESS pizza!??" WOMEN.

because the point of eating is not just to get your stomach stuffed, but also the process of getting there, savouring as long as possible the delicious aromas...with thin crusts you can enjoy this for a much longer time instead of being stuffed after two bites :)

besides thin crust tastes better, and the crunch is part of the joy of eating a good pizza...I'll never get the anglo-saxon fetish that everything has to be sponge-like (bread, pizza, etc) :p

Deep dish.....

I generally agree with you - but not with Pizza. Pizza is by definition, greesy, meaty, high calorie, junk food. It's about drinking beer and stuffing as much of it down your throat as you possibly can and feeling no guilt about it. Pizza is meant to be one of those guilty pleasures.

ahh, I see. then we are indeed talking about a completely different meal :)

Just ate a pizza, thin crust. It was good.

Regular, because it fills you up faster.

Is it me or that Ziggy works at a pizza place?:hmm:

Unless the dude have a hard-on for pizza.:mischief:

Regular crust wins hands down! ..... what I love the most is to dip my crust in ranch dressing after I ate the rest. Thin crust hurts my mouth!

Although I do like regular as a kind of flavor leveler, I do like the crunchy aspect of the thin crust. So it's a tie.

Thin crust is a waste in my eyes. Why pay the same amount for less pizza?

Screw the crust, it's the toppings that really matter :)

I prefer thin crust because you get so much more taste out of it. With a regular crust each bite might have 50% crust and 50% toppings. Thin crust it's more like.. 30% crust 70% toppings.

Most pizza places are cheap and don't really put that much on the pizza itself.. Pizza Pizza here in Canada has like.. 80% crust and 20% toppings.. the less crust the better..

The only part of the crust I like is the stuff around the outside, you can double that if you want ;) As long as it's crispy and slightly burned.

Thin crust is OK, but I am really a thick crust guy...

Usually I go for American thick/pan crust, which I think in Europe is called "tectonic".

Amen brother :D

The Italians invented the Pizza so they get dips on "regular"

Thick is American ..... (crust that is) :p

But americans invented good pizza. :p

btw thick crust is better. You wimpy europeans get less of everything when it comes to foods. Small portions, thin crust, you name it!

Thin crust is the only good kind of crust, any other and you're eating bread, not a pizza.

I cant picture any bread that has tomato sauce on it with toppings.

So i disagree.
