There is no Polerael, though there is Poland, which is in conflict with Polestinians, who live in Danzig Strip and West Silesia. The most extreme factions among the Polestinians seek the destruction of the state of Poland.

There was a big fight in the 1600s about the fact that in some documents it had been marked as an eastern european country, while in others it was deemed to have been a part of Mitteleuropa - central Europe.

The Polish king at the time decided that enough was enough and took over a couple of German cities, like Danzig, which he renamed to sound more western. Then he burned all of the maps which had Poland labelled incorrectly in a giant fire that's known as the Rewesterning.

People generally hate Poland because Poland sort of just rolls over everybody like that and does whatever it wants.

In Poland there is a saying: "Poland #1". Who would not hate that sort of attitude?
