Policy issues in 1.16

+50% income with Tradition Finisher (was 25%).
+100% income with Democracy (was 75%).

Neither one of these changes was active in the latest release (both still at old version setting). Intended to revert or update?

Thanks for bringing this up - the tooltips show the correct values. I've fixed this for Gem v1.12.1.

Honor discipline policy is giving 20% instead of 15%, just in case it was missed from the other thread.
