similar to the one about currently airing shows only about shows that are not with us at the moment.

this did not get many nominations so the contenders are limited.

I'm torn between Seinfeld, and Firefly.

Seinfeld is okay, its not horrible, but it's not great enough to warrant being considered so good as it is.

Firefly is just massively overhyped by people on the internet.

Friends. That show sucks. Its has always sucked. It always will suck. World without end. Amen.

I was torn between this and hatred for Star Trek's original series. BTW why is this poll's results not public as opposed to the other's?

Gotta go with the flying circus on this one.

After seeing And Now For Something Completely Different!, I figured the show would be similar. Turns out all the good stuff for the show made it into the "movie," the rest was a lot more misses than hits.

Not saying I don't love the good, just saying there isn't as much of it as I figured would be.

Seinfeld. I can't stand any of the main characters of that show. They're all douchebags.

That's part of why it's funny.

gah! that would be my bad...

Seinfeld sucked. Sopranos was completely pointless. Everybody Loves Raymond was just boring.

Its really hard to find a sitcom that is better than Seinfeld. Can you even name a sitcom that you like? If you don't like Seinfeld, well that's about it, that's the best of the genre, everything else is human excrement. The lowest of the low. I really can't think of any sitcoms I can tolerate to watch for half an hour.

The Big Bang Theory and How I Met Your Mother come to mind.

for me it has to be Friends and Will and Grace. there, I said it...

I didn't see anything to like about it at all. 100s have been better. The best sitcom was Married with Children.

double post

Wow. You actually find that funny? NPH was funny in Harold in Kumar, but I find him quite annoying on that show. Those are both formula sitimcoms about on par with Everybody Loves Raymond, Two and Half Men, and The Drew Carey Show. I was looking for something more like Taxi or Scrubs or something innovative. No offense to your taste.

Seinfeld got pretty formulaic.

There tolerable, maybe okay, but I will watch them if nothing else is on, sometimes. Scrubs is good, but I didn't think of it as a sitcom (a medical comedy maybe?)
