Going off of last year’s FL schedule, I think next week’s leader will be female and not from the Americas. If I recall, the Zulu were the last to be revealed, so I fear the Inca or Ottomans will be last— it seems old favorites are saved for the end.

My prediction for next week: Sweden, Phoenicia, or Eleanor.

At this point, I'll go with the one I think less probable. Phoenicia it is! That would be the fourth new Civ in a row, why not? Of course, Dido would be returning, so not as big a surprise.
