I don't know, I wasn't really impressed with the potrayal of Ghandi. He should have more power from a diplomatic stand point, and his portrait is much more of a caricature then any of the others

I voted for Hatsheput.

She is wearing Nefertti's head-dress for crying out loud!

For a game that prides itself on historical accuracy they sure messed up drawing Hatsheput.

Unfortunately the historical accuracy of this game is not something to take pride in. It is not terrible but way from perfect.
Scotland Yard for spies?
Praetorian unique unit for Rome?
Kremlin wonder using picture of St. Basil's Cathedral?
and don't get me started on the tech tree or cultural movement of borders after the establishment of nation states. :)

Fantastic game  Addictive gameplay  Historical Accuracy :thumbdown

Tokugawa...
Too isolationist for my tase (and his good).
And he likes Mercantilism.

Although in last game I'm playing he is going pretty good.
His first AI in score and territory.

Also that's first game I befrended him a bit and was able to trade resources for 20 turns, after which he became isolationist again.

I said Caesar.

Praetorians were not front-line combat troops (despite the Legions being as overpowered in real life as Praets are ingame ), he doesn't have Aggressive as one of his traits, and he's old...Caesar got stabbed to death while he was still middle-aged, not a wrinkly old man.

I'm not a big fan of that as well as "old" Alexander and the E.T. looking Ghandi.

Oh yeah! I forgot about the St. Basil's screw-up. I just built the Kremlin for the first time and looking forward to seeing the movie of it (as I didn't have a clear picture in my head of what it actually looked like). Suddenly, I see the star-shape, then the onion domes,

I'm not very religious but even *I* know that that is a church, not a government building.

Yeah, and Scotland Yard for spies is... amusing at best.

Better would have been (for modern era) 'Camp X'.
Of course, since Spies have existed since at least the medieval era, I think once you get 'Writing' you should get 'spies'.
*sigh* I miss the ol' Diplomat unit now and then...
