I believe childish to be deliberate ignorance of the content of your opponent's statements, to the point of not even considering them disputes. I might be wrong, however.

WRONG! they have chosen to not establish a single cultural colony as of yet, but again, their is nothing in their policy preventing the establishing of one by them. they have merely chosen not to do so.

1. Ethnic streaming is the policy of picking a particular culture for a colony.
2. The EU is opposed to ethnic streaming.
3. Ergo, the EU is therefore opposed to picking a particular culture for a colony.
