Prestige Interactive AAR - Germany (Test Game)

Oh good, early expansion should be helpful.

Well I was just cross-examining your resolutions, there were some inconsistency but only if you abuse it I guess. No concerns =J

Inconsistencies are dependant upon abusive legal interpretation. However as I previously explained there is no inconsistencies in the matter of the inter-relationship between the regent and local rulers because the authority to remove local rulers is the regent, the clause regarding the capital is merely that it is under centralised rule with the regent ruling by decree irrespective of the method of government the national government may have until such time as he releases the capital from that structure. Even then the possibility of an inept regent is covered with the law that establishes a protocol for the removal of a regent.

Naturally though as the law develops any inconsistencies either through erroneous misinterpretations or poor wording may be corrected through added laws, amendments or additional articles to existing resolutions as neccessity demands.

Military Influence: +2
Scientific Influence: +2

Bio:
The House of the Sea is, by the myths passed down through generations, decended from a group that once sailed a group of oddly large bodies of water known as the sea. Eventually, through a long and hilarious series of coincidences and misfortunes, they ended up stranded in the middle of a desert, and decided to join a group known as the German Tribes. The first member of the house to enter German politics was a man named Nonevah, and their patron god is Aegir, god of the sea. Their main goal, as of right now, is to find a large body of water, and to refigure out how to build vessels capable of traveling over them.

The Emperor requires entertainment, come tell me of these hilarious coincidences and misfortunes.

The Emperor requires entertainment, come tell me of these hilarious coincidences and misfortunes.

I... forgot them.
I'm going to look through the family history books, see if I can find them in there, although it may take a while, seeing as we haven't even invented writing yet.

An addition to the tech path, I request that our luminaries research pottery upon the completion of mining, add it to the research queue.

Apologies for the lack of information, I'm going to sort out a database tool for this but it'll take a little while.

Well, crap. I didn't join in before the beginning. I think I'm just going to lurk this game. :) I'll join the official longer one, when it is ready, though.

And I laughed at the, "He's richer than us." Only because that is ALWAYS the first thing I look at. Haha.

EDIT: Just read the rules, which I would like to say I really like, and they are pretty clear, too. Looks like an enjoyable game!

REGENTS ORDER SUGGESTIONS

these are the orders I would prefer to be implemented. However I will deign the plebeians to comment before I implement them

-

Our scouts are to scout along the river to the east before eventually scouting southwards. Orders are to prioritise ancient ruins and to avoid barbarians.

Our warriors are to scout west from their current location with the same prioritisation to enter ancient ruins and to avoid barbarians.

Berlin is to train warriors in order to provide defense in consideration of the barbarian encampment nearby. This is to be followed by queuing a monument followed by a worker followed by a settler.

-

Also I would like to note that settling the location northeast of the cows looks like my preffered spot for our second city, as we will get two more diamond sources in time with that location which will make us wealthy and the area appears to have adequate food resources.

comments and suggestions anyone?

I agree with the Building of a warrior next. But i would feel much better if we added 2 warriors.

Warrior/Warrior/Monument/Worker/Settler

I feel it would be better if we sent 2 warrior bands to confront the Vile Barbarians, and in case of hostilities we would be covered.

As always i thank the Regent for looking at all our views.

I think one warrior is fine. We do not wish to delay the growth of Berlin. We can use the warriors currently exploring to help out in the fight against these barabrians.

Warrior-->Monument-->Worker-->Settler is fine with me.

I, too, thank the Regent for hearing the commoners' opinions concerning our growing empire.

I agree with civleader. We only need 2 warriors to keep out barbarians

And so do I, I therefore order the following

Our scouts are to scout along the river to the east before eventually scouting southwards. Orders are to prioritise ancient ruins and to avoid barbarians.

Our first warriors are to scout west from their current location with the same prioritisation to enter ancient ruins and to avoid barbarians before turning back and meeting up with our second warriors to take out the barbarian encampment.

Berlin is to train warriors in order to provide defense in consideration of the barbarian encampment nearby. This is to be followed by queuing a monument followed by a worker followed by a settler.

The second warriors shall head north upon completion to take out the barbarian encampent in concert with the first warriors. Only attack when they are together. They are to return to garrison Berlin upon the defeat of the northern barbarians

A question for the plebs.

What social policy shall we adopt first? I once again request opinions.

I believe we should get the Tradition opener to increase the amount of culture in Berlin, after that open up the Liberty tree.

Now that is ironic. 141 years in Kyoto and now I have ceased to be extremely early in Berlin. Ah well such is life, I hope our next dictator regent lives longer than I do, and that he settles wisely. Fortunately my will was written mere seconds before I died, it went as such.

All my posessions go to my son, Jehoshua the younger, as does my position as head of my house. Furthermore I appoint to the position of Regent Lord of the Holy German Empire the emminent and reverend lord, Frederick von....

CIVLEADER!

The RAND() function giveth and the RAND() function taketh away.

Civleader, what are your resolutions?

I will keep our regent lord Jehosuha's last orders as a sign of my respect to him. My condolences to his family.

Also, I would like to appoint Nonevah as my administrator in Berlin.

My Father was a great man, and our family thanks you for your condolences and adherence to his last decisions.

Jehoshua, son of Jehoshua.

Spoiler available techs :

What social policy shall we adopt?
Honour, Tradition and Liberty openers available.

This is what I would like to do:

Tech:
Animal Husbandry -> Calendar -> (Archery -> Mining) not still certain yet of these last ones

as for the Social Policy:
Tradition -> Liberty

I will follow our previous King's tradition and ask the citizens of Berlin if this satisfies them, or do they have any suggestions or ideas they want to say.
