1)

a load of polishing for Civolopedia and testing

2)Make Steph play the WH mod

3)Make Steph convert the WH mod to his rules, to save us the trouble

I am not sure who SETPH is ... but i meant that because the mod is made by steph, it is good.
Just check out his thread with his first non C'n'P unit. It was so good & original that no moderator could close it.

I'm still working on the mod. Unfortunately my job has been full of unexpected suprises this latest week, with some trips abroad.
So it's a bit slower. But it's not abandonned!

I just spent the last 45 minutes reading all 7 pages of this thread.

Steph, this mod is what I pictured Art of War v2 or v3 being. I like the entire overall picture. It is a bit more complicated than I might have made it, but still the idea is right. If there is anything I can help with, testing or anything, let me know. I'll even leave narrative reports for everyone to drule over.

The mod is kind of stalled for the moment, as I don't have enough time to finish it .

Well, like I said anything I can do. I can do Civped and PedIcon stuff, but I can't animate. I am creative if you want some semi-fictional descriptions for units lacking stories, or for fictional fill in or what if units. Anything I can do, let me know.

Thought Id mentione while this came up for air. I just finished your first mod today (174 hours) Its really good, so if its a backdrop to what youve got in store, the cummunity has a lot to look forward to.

I liked how the human units cost population points. Its funny how some Civs could handle this (balance peace time devolopment with military expansion) Others where knocked out of the tech race on account of over emphasis on military capacity, but did amase truly spectacular armies. The low tech acheiver's units being still somewhat effective in battle was key to keeping them in the running. (Im guessing it all relates to the high number of techs in play combined with the min reasearch time to complete each)

Made me wonder was my cultural investment worth it.
Luckily it was, but I might raise that limit cuz at the end things were getting intesting!
I had spent all my tech lead bribing one of these gaints to do my bidding therfor not killing me. I was running out of incentives and he was getting all the more dangerous(advanced) not to mention BIG with the land he stole from our 'team effort' lol . Anyways, I escaped culturaly with a win

I noticed another giant on the other Continent putting the boot to a far more Civilized and advanced culture. One turn we were trading the latest in-weopons together, the next his ass was dragged away into the stone age by a massive army of spear chucking Zulus..... ok, I'll stop, Im getting carried away. I'll save my full write for the sequal. All im trying to say is you struck a really cool balance in terms of War and peace advantages and I look forward to seeing more of your work.

Thanks! At the moment I'm quite busy with SSS, but I do hope I'll be able to find some time to finish this mod.

And probably some beta testing, mostly to balance the cost of the advances, I'm not very happy with it
