Problem with options menu

Hi all,

I just bought the game, and having installed it I've found out that two option menus ("sound" and "other") contained blank screens with no comboboxes. That means that i cant use some helpful options like health bars over units or city info on growth/production in general map view. Has anybody confronted the same bug?

I've just installed Beyond The Sword, with Civ IV and Warlords already installed, and I got the same problem. I'm just patching up to 3.03 (which Beyond didn't see from inside the game either) to see if that solves it...

Did any of you find a solution already?

(it's pretty irritating not being able to turn sound settings down a little)

Ok... solved by finding & reading another thread (http://forums.civfanatics.com/archive/index.php/t-235283.html), and following advise:

install latest patch (3.13) from Firaxis
