Project SYNTHESIS

Now that's not intended.

I'm thoroughly impressed by the Ghulam Warrior's skill at killing subs with their +100% vs. Submarines and Attack Submarines

I find it awesome that there is this new option on city capture called TXT_KEY_POPUP_EXTERMINATE

i've also niteced both in my game :D i'm sure they'll be fixed soon ;)

Ok, I've set up some more stuff for the dynamic names. The priority order of naming I decided on is:

Vassalage --> Religion --> Fascism or State Property--> Tyranny/ Monarchy/ Theocracy--> Other civics, as applicable--> Default names (i.e., "Han Peoples")

Also changes with respawn

What bout historical names? They should be the most important ones for civs like China, Arabia, Mali, Seljuks and India.

Could we get a guide on how to attract corporations in the Pedia?

J. pride- You mean like Dynasty names? Yes, those will be in too, usually under civic names, but broken down by time. For example, the Egyptians are "Old Kingdom before 2500", etc.

civ_king- Yes, definitely.

Also when the corps go away would be nice, it hurt when the silk road started going away since I was getting 24 food and 50something gold.

Would be cool if the corporations could work when games go Alt-history like when I as India created a vast colonial empire covering Africa and chunks of North America and Chunks of Europe :p I could get more benefit from trading company (I got nothing of it).

In general, all cities are rated for every corporation depending on the number of associated resources you possess, as well as some specific buildings (like markets for silk route or factories for the later corporations). Then a randomized modifier is added to that rating.

The amount of corporations in the game is limited, if another city reaches a higher rating than the lowest rated city with that corporation, it's removed there and spreads to the higher rated city.

Can the cap be softer? (That is to say there is a cap, but things can raise the cap)

You mean the cap on existing corporations? It's not set in stone currently and obviously needs to be balanced, but some competetion should remain.

In Synthesis I slightly raised the cap, as well as giving bonuses to new civs (Safavids, Seljuks) and for some of the new resources (tea, coffee). Admittedly the Safavid bonus doesn't count for much as the Silk Road starts expiring in 1500.

I'm adding name changes for capital switches, does anyone have any suggestions on that matter?
