I don't feel any glee on account of that. It is also more than likely by now (due to the prominence this episode gained) that the black guy may be charged, which will not help his life at all. He may also run the risk of reprisal from more serious nazi-bros.

You did misunderstand what I meant though. I think it's funny that the person who runs around with a Nazi Armband is dumb enough to not know where to put it (although it does produce a coherent picture in a way that the person who believes in a stupid ideology does stupid things), not that it says something about his allegiance, or that it should mean anything to the people who saw him on the street.
